A great pair of landline phones. Easy to set up and convenient to use. The only disappointment is that you didn’t hear a normal phone ringtone – only Melody’s ringtone, which is not suitable for landline phones. The price is also very reasonable

Not bad for my first landline phone. It’s very simple to use and good connection. Many different options to choose from and also has a very loud and clear sound. It’s very smooth to hold like a silicon base, which feels nice to touch. Overall really like the way you can adjust your call volume and no disturb time adjusted to your needs so no calls while I’m working from home. Mostly I like that it looks small and doesn’t take up too much of your space. Good budget phone.

Unacceptable
I bought this for my office. The ringer was too loud and would not go lower in volume. The ring tone was extremely unprofessional and could not be changed unless you assigned it to certain numbers. It was impossible to delete any of the calls (missed, accepted, or dialed). There was not a user’s guide included with the box and when I tried looking online for one, the company’s website had NO products listed for sale. NONE! That alone looks suspicious. I would not buy this or use it again even if it was free. I bought a new set for the office and will never use this companies products again.

The phone is unusually light, and it falls frequently.
This phones are not erasing excess phone calls stored in its memory, not matter how many times I have tried. Sometimes incoming calls are not heard, and I-have to dial again. Stored phone calls are not easily viewed.
