Good product does what it says, one pf the rl11 cables for connecting the unit to the line was faulty I had a cable from a previous item so was able to use the blocker UPDATE the above problem was my of my own making I had attempted to set up in basic mode using the red cable instead of the black provided so no dial tone all working correctly now !!!

This did not work. The instructions were so easy and straightforward, but the display did not light up and remained blank. The style is rather ugly and it is made out of cheap materials. I also did not like the several e-mail messages I received, asking me if I was delighted with the product, especially after I had notified the seller that I was returning it. I have bought a new twin handset phone system instead, which incorporates all the features that this device is meant to have. My new phone works perfectly, and blocks all nuisance calls.

We were receiving far too many unsolicited calls on a daily basis. After researching similar products on Think Assemble I initially purchased a cheaper item which I thought would achieve the desired result but unfortunately it was unsuccesfull. This product hits the mark, absolutely superb, does exactly what it is supposed to do, easy to use and due to it’s pre-programmed known spam numbers it has blocked probably 99% of unwanted calls. Any number that does mange to slip through is easy to block.Overall, a fantastic product and great value.

This Call Blocker was extremely easy to connect up and use, it seems to do everything it’s claimed to be able to do and has certainly reduced the number of scam calls I used to receive. Since installation I have only had to manually block two scam calls and one telemarketing cold caller, it’s certainly put paid to the scam Think Assemble calls from the USA telling me they were going to extract so many dollars from my bank account twice a day without fail and without having to do anything else at all. Although the instructions say some answer machines may need further tweaking if you experience problems my Panasonic one didn’t. The only minor problem experienced was registering the warranty which insists on an American telephone number with no UK option – I just partially filled it in to get by this obstacle. All in all a great buy !!!

Cela m’a permis de me débarrasser d’une grande partie des appels indésirables et de préserver ma tranquillité.Vous trouverez facilement sur internet sa notice en français qui propose plusieurs astuces de paramétrages. J’ai apprécié le fait de pouvoir mettre un message automatique en anglais qui informe la personne qui appelle que son numéro est bloqué par le système.J’utilise son mode par défaut “Bloquer”. Cela signifie que si le numéro est dans la liste noire ou dans une liste prédéfinie, il sera bloqué. Je ne voulais pas utiliser le mode liste blanche car cela signifierait qu’il faudrait entrer un à un tous les numéros autorisés à appeler.Si un numéro passe entre les mailles du filet, le téléphone sonnera, mais vous aurez la possibilité de le bloquer pendant l’appel en appuyant sur le gros bouton “Block now”.Voici une petite liste de code de blocage intéressante à rentrer (écris dans la notice web)⬇Procédure:Décrochez le combiné téléphonique.
