Before you buy these, make sure that they are compatible with you telephone system, sadly mine wasn’t compatible, so the review I’m giving is purely on its overall quality and using them once on a friend’s system that was compatibleBuild quality is not to bad,and it feels nice and light, and is extremely comfortableSound quality, comes through better than expected along with the ANC working perfectlyCaller can hear you extremely clearly with very minimum background noise, overtaking your voice.In the box you get what you need to connect to the telephone system that are compatibleI’ve given 4 stars purely because of the price, and the overall quality of the headset along with the call quality…. one star deducted due to them not being compatible with my system

This is a basic headset for use with a ‘landline’ home phone or a call centre phone setup. The headset will not work with a mobile phone or connect to a laptop out of the box. The unit is made of a sturdy plastic that’s black in colour and has an adjustable boom type face microphone. The earpiece is a foam pad covered with a light faux leather covering. This is a comfortable earpiece and lightweight which means you hardly notice it on your ear. They supply a spare foam pad (minus covering) in case of future perishing. The sound quality is what you would expect nothing special but not too tinny either. There no controls on the unit so all sound and mute settings for example will either be through your app or via your specific control unit on your setup. Also in the set are a couple of different RJ9 converters in case the main one does not work with your setup. According to the instructions you would replace one at a time and test which hopefully will cure any issues you may encounter. I would recommend this headset at the current price point.

I used this headset with the Panasonic KX-HDV130 and the headset works as intended.The headset comes in a relatively basic brown cardboard box entitled ‘Communication Headset’.The box contains the headset itself, as well as the quick connect coiled wire that you connect to your headset and a spare foam for the ear cup. Also included are two cable adapters just in case your phone has a different wiring configuration – something that the Panasonic KX-HDV130 did need. The issue was I could hear people talking but people couldn’t hear me. It was quickly fixed using the included RJP-A adapter. Included were a few bits of paper for each accessory telling you what they were, along with a very basic user guide for the ‘Call Center Headset’Setup was easy. We had to use the RJP-A adapter by plugging it into the phone’s base, just next to the handset’s connection on the side. And then plugging the coiled cable into the other end of the adapter. The coiled cable and headset both have quick connects that simply side together. That was it, just put the headset on.The headset is very light weight, with the microphone boom rotating 360 degrees, allowing you to position it to the left or right side.There is a small clasp on the headset’s cable as it comes down, the coiled cable is quite heavy so you’ll probably want to make use of this until you get used to it. The cable coiled, is around 6ft long, longer if you try to pull the coil to extend it.Our Panasonic phone is a HD sound quality enabled VOIP phone. The sound is usually exceptionally clear with built in handset or speaker phone. I did not notice any reduction in quality when moving over to the headset. The sound was very bright, loud and clear audio.To test the microphone’s audio I used our service providers Echo Test allowing for a quick reply of what I spoke. The sound is very clear, and couldn’t hear any background noise.

Got this for using at work as I spend a lot of time on the phone. Good sound quality and microphone quality as well. It came with a number of different adapters as some wiring patterns of RJ9 sockets can vary between manufacturers – Without any adaptor on my phone the third party couldn’t hear my mic but got it to work fine using the included ‘A’ adapter. Very comfortable to wear and is adjustable. Recommended

This is a very comfy headset sporting a lovely faux leather cushioned headphone, which is great for wearing for multiple hours at a time, as is often needed in a work environment with decent sound quality, as can also be said for the microphone.Please just be sure that your phone is compatible with this headset.

If you spend a lot of time on the phone – this headset will make life more pleasant for youJust be sure it’s compatible with your phone system before you order or it will not work. And it’s definitely not for online calling.Don’t ask me about the technicalities, suffice to say, the sound is good, clear, and it’s comfortable to wear so a good ‘un.

This is a very nice RJ19 compatible headset. The headset itself has really good sound quality, with clear sounding microphone. The headset Is quite comfortable to wear. Everything looks to be reasonably well made. And certainly worked very well with the phone.
