Very poor service from costco
Appling service – I buyall my commercial products from thinkassemble.co.uk – they cancelled the order then increased the price from £7 up to £10.99 and put on a £5.99 grocery charge so the other product I ordered went up in cost and when I complained they said I would just have to re order.

Great product good value and cuts the need to purchase and dispose of small bottles. Only point to note is that it should be stored at room temperature if it becomes to cold it loses its liquidity and this makes it diffect to pour.

Leaking goods in transit.
When it was delivered, the top had come lose & had leaked in the delivery box. The contents were down to the top of the label. We had to give the delivery driver some paper towel to clean the spillage which had leaked into his van. This exact same thing happened when I ordered 5L of hand sanitizer. Other than that, the product does a good job.

An environmentally friendly way to buy hand wash
I like the carex professional hand wash because it enables me to refill all of the dispensers that we have around the house, thus avoiding all the plastic bottles having to be recycled and the pumps going to landfill.

Very poor packaging causing me to get less product
This is about the shipping to my hime. The product had leaked into the plastic bag it was sealed in. A couple of inches had come out. I think this was due to there being nothing like bubble wrap to protect it inside the cardboard container. The cardboard box was crushed it looked like this had damaged the screw top which was where the leak seemed to be. This made it very messy and I did not get the full quantity I had paid for.

Carex handwash refill
Better for the environment to refill existing handwash bottles and so we have been investing in this particular product for years. With constant washing of hands, this product does not dry out skin, nor leave a sticky residue on skin. I would highly recommend this product, especially in a world where hygiene and handwashing is now more essential than ever.

Excellent product and good value for money. Easy to use. We have a white carpets throughout and with this machine they still look as good as new. We are over 70 and can manage this machine well it is not too heavy.This is the second one we bought as our son kept borrowing ours so we bought him one.

We have been using Carex hand wash for years and to buy in bulk and reuse the original pump containers works well, and better value for money. Carex hand wash does what it says and a little goes a long way on the hand.

I buy this as a regular product from thinkassemble.co.uk as I fill the hand wash containers wherever required in the house . It saves me buying smaller bottles . Also is economical only gripe is that we have to buy 2 at a time .

Antibacterial as well as bubbles!
Buying in bulk like this saves quite a bit on individual pumps – and no excess plastic, so environmentally friendly. The fact that Carex is also antibacterial makes life a bit easier during this COVID year.

Need a funnel to refill small bottles. It is a really thick soap. Leaves skin with gentle fragrance for quite a long time.
