Unable to find complaints so having to post here for others to see.No issues with phone but although I’ve stated the phone was being delivered to 93 year old infirm lady and asked that driver give her time to answer the door, the driver did not use door bell and left the phone on the door step.It then snowed and package was soaked.Great phone, terrible service from Think Assemble.

Phone was easy to set up and worked once connected to mains and phone plug.Rechargeable batteries for handset provided.Only problem is the ringtone could have been louder. Our phone point is in the hallway and in winter when we are sat in the lounge with doors shut, it’s difficult to hear.Also the black paint finish has started to rub of the buttons after only a few uses leaving the handset looking a bit grubby.

1. POOR RINGTONE VOLUME2. NO EXTERNAL SPEAKER FUNCTIONI’ve never known a phone that doesn’t have an ‘external speaker’ facility. I only found out due to having it glued to my ear for 35 minutes on hold.BT says its a Phone they don’t make any more. Maybe that’s why!To me, it’s the most useful thing to have on a phone which allows you to get on with other things. BT Very poor on this one.
