I am more than disappointed with this set of phones, I know I am outside the return policy but the phoned have failed on different levels .1. The phones are very low in volume, can’t rise the volume.2. Cutting off mid calls. Very poor indeed.I would like a refund .I am a very good customer for very many years, i I don’t believe I have ever returned anything because I was disappointed.I will await your reply.
