Clean dishes, dry tupperwear.
Very pleased with our new dishwasher, the cleaning results are fabulous. We’ve been using the eco 50 option over night and the door pops open to assist with drying. This works really well compared to our old one that was often still quite wet, especially the tupperwear. I’m still getting used to the top drawer for the cutlery and moved to top basket down slightly to keep using it for the bowls which did not quite fit. My last bosch dishwasher was almost 20 years old so I stuck with Bosch, in the hope it would be just as reliable. Delivery was easy to set up, just a few days from the order, I was able to choose a convenient day.

Another great purchase
Had this dishwasher for 4 days and it’s already been used several times. Decent selection of pre-sets including an express one hour program. It is super quiet and you have to listen closely to hear whether it is even on!! This model was on offer and ended up the same price as the next model down with the discount. Love Bosch appliances and this is another great purchase 👍

A quality product, easy to use
A quality dishwasher that performs perfectly well. A good range of programmes to cover all eventualities and it’s very quiet in operation too. It’s smart functions are a treat to use, we’ve linked it to Alexa but we discovered one annoying interruption. When the programme ends Alexa glows yellow inviting you to ask for updates, we’re then informed that the dishwashing task is completed. It would be better if Alexa could simply announce that fact. This is an thinkassemble.co.uk issue, not for Bosch to solve, but we simply solved the problem by turning off notifications.

Basket vs Cutlery drawer
My reasons for getting this dishwasher:
1. No cutlery drawer – we used one with a cutlery drawer and had to return it. It took up space above top drawer. We have tall glasses, it was a pain. Team cutlery basket ftw.
However – inside, the wheels for a cutlery drawer are there. I imagine that one can be retrofitted without a problem.
2. Efficient dry function – opens the dishwasher door to allow for better drying. Perfect when doing a night time cycle. Plastics come out pretty much dry.
3. Rapid cycle is 1h. The series 6 dishwashers rapid cycle is 1h29m. The days of 30m rapid cycles seem to have died a death. We host a lot. Running the dishwasher quickly was a requirement.
4. 5 year warranty – peace of mind (I realise that it was a promotion when I bought this machine). You need to check if that promotion is still active.

Previous one lasted 19 years so I hope this one does as well. Glad I kept the cutlery baskets from the old one as this model has a top tray instead – which isn’t as good and reduces the height so my big mugs don’t fit. Delivery company was excellent – booking easy and they kept me up to date.

Bought to replace a Bosch dishwasher that had provided trouble free dishwashing since 1997!
This has many more features & cleans extremely well.
The app allows easy changing of program & alerts you when done.
Fingers crossed this will be as long lived as our previous model.

Overall, great, does the job, like the wifi connection, different setting to choose from, only downside is the ‘look’ as the finish is not the best, just plastic doors, I know they are all plastic but its just how they are made.
