What a machine!
I took ages to buy this. I did so much research and even got in touch with Bosch for more info as its a big purchase for a food mixer. I have used a Kenwood Chef for the last 50 odd years and swore by it, but I downsided my kitchen and cleared the workspace so the poor old thing looked out of place and didn’t have room in the cupboards.
This looks a beauty in the kitchen. My main concern was moving it about as it looked heavier than my old mixer; it may be but the weight is distributed differently and it has hand holds either side of the base at the back, genius.
It’s quiet and effiecient and I love the auto programmes, everything has come out perfect so far.
If you love cooking at home, get this, yes, its not cheap, but its a dream machine!

After months of searching and returning several disappointments, I’ve finally found the perfect stand mixer—and it was worth the wait!
Performance and Quality
As a hobby baker, this mixer ticks every box. It’s robust and powerful enough to handle stiff cookie doughs and heavy bread batches without straining or rocking on the counter. The build quality is excellent: it features an easy-to-maneuver, real tilt head mechanism, and comes with three high-quality, solid metal attachments (not flimsy wire or coated plastic) that feel like they’ll last for years.
Ingenious Features
The small details are what truly make this mixer a pleasure to use. It includes two built-in digital weighing scales—a main scale and a smaller one—which have already simplified my recipe prep, saving me from reaching for a separate scale. My favorite feature is the ingenious ‘parking’ facility that automatically positions the mixing blade out of the way when you switch it off.
