Stunning Blue!
Really pleased with this purchase. Great communications regarding delivery and two friendly chaps delivered and took packaging away. The sofa looks stunning. Comfort wise, some might find the seats a little firm, but they’ve plenty of depth and am sure they’ll soften up a little over time. Plus we didn’t want a sofa that you sink into and cannot get out! Importantly, the sofa back provides good support and feels solid. In fact, we then decided to order the two seater, so now just waiting for that to be delivered.

Lovely sofa bad build quality
It’s a lovely sofa. Looks stylish and very comfy but the build quality isn’t fantastic. The first sofa had several faults (creaky frame and seat cushion hole as the material was cut short against the piping) and had to be replaced. The second sofa arrived with a sawn up hole on the seat cushion. Which was clearly noticeable as they had attempted sawing it. Thankfully I managed to swap the seat cushion with the faulty sofa I was returning. thinkassemble.co.uk customer service is brilliant though.

Stunning sofa
We ordered the sofa from the thinkassemble.co.uk website without having seen the sofa in the flesh, obviously, we hadn’t sat on it either so didn’t really know what to expect. We placed the order and with a day or so the manufacturer’s had called to say they’d received the order and were putting the sofa into production. The next call we received was to say the sofa was ready for delivery. Delivery was arranged and we received a call 30 mins before it was delivered to let us know they were on there way. The guys were great, the sofa is substantial and very solid, the guys removed the packaging and placed the sofa exactly where we wanted it. The sofa is amazing, superb quality, the fabric is soft and feels like velvet. Its comfy and it looks far more expensive than it was. We could not be happier with our choice, in fact, we love it so much we ordered the foot stool to match! I would have no hesitation in recommending you try this sofa for your self.

The couch arrived broken, however, a repairman attended within a week and was able to repair it.

Bordeaux Button Back grey velvet 3 seater
Delivery operatives rang about 30 mins before delivery and were very helpful and brought the sofa into the room, took away the packing and put the legs on. The sofa itself is excellent quality and lovely plush mid grey colour and looks great in our living room, particularly with the heather pink cushions we purchased separately. Service as always with thinkassemble.co.uk very good and I have high confidence when ordering anything from them. The time from order to delivery was longer than expected (about six weeks) but not a problem as delighted with purchase.

Worth the wait !
Well what can I say , the first delivery a shambles they couldn’t get it though the 3rd door so they took it back .
2 weeks later another delivery team no problem what so ever. They unwrapped and placed it where I wanted only took 2 minutes. The team took all wrapping away and they were so professional
The sofa is extremely comfortable and has great support , so much so I’ve put in another order today 5*
