Really pleased with this purchase. Great communications regarding delivery and two friendly chaps delivered and took packaging away. The sofa looks stunning. Comfort wise, some might find the seats a little firm, but they’ve plenty of depth and am sure they’ll soften up a little over time. Plus we didn’t want a sofa that you sink into and cannot get out! Importantly, the sofa back provides good support and feels solid. In fact, we then decided to order the two seater, so now just waiting for that to be delivered.

Lovely sofa bad build quality
It’s a lovely sofa. Looks stylish and very comfy but the build quality isn’t fantastic. The first sofa had several faults (creaky frame and seat cushion hole as the material was cut short against the piping) and had to be replaced. The second sofa arrived with a sawn up hole on the seat cushion. Which was clearly noticeable as they had attempted sawing it. Thankfully I managed to swap the seat cushion with the faulty sofa I was returning. thinkassemble.co.uk customer service is brilliant though.
