Blue whale longport hot tub
We upgraded from an inflatable tub, and are very happy, it seems well made and sturdy and as described on thinkassemble.co.uk website. delivery and set up by Blue whale was very good. Do check installation requirements before ordering, you need a suitable base and certified elecric supply for this tub, also check access requirements. We have only had this for a couple of weeks but so far very impressed.

Great tub. Good overall experience with pre-delivery, install and after sales. My biggest concern was finding a company that could give me peace of mind with a big purchase like this. The supplier provided good pre-delivery information, did what they said they would on delivery and after sales has been great sorting out a couple of minor issues.

This is a lovely hot tub – looks stylish and the jets give you a great massage. The only thing i would have wished for is that the lights rotated through the colours as an additional option rather than choosing one and having to change it if you wanted a different colour. not a deal breaker though

Blue Whale Spa Longport Hot Tub
Customer service pre-delivery was excellent. Tub arrived earlier in the day than agreed. Everything was working fine when the installers left but the following day the Bluetooth stopped working. Contacted Customer Services and they advised to remove the side panel and check the power connection. Did this but no joy. Called them back and suddenly Bluetooth woke up. Been fine since. Hot Tub is great (hence the 5 stars), we spend more time in there with the family than watching TV which is much more sociable. Some air valves are noisier than others when in use and have mentioned that on the Blue Whale feedback form. The other thing to note is that it states that it has a 2 year guarantee but the second year is conditional on having it serviced by Blue Whale at the end of year 1. I did not spot this anywhere on the website and feel this should be made clear at the time of purchase.
I bought a second set of chemicals but should have waited to see what I needed with regard to PH and Alkalinity. All I am needing to use is 3 teaspoons of the Chlorine each day as the Sanitiser.
