Great phone. Bought for my nain as she’s elderly and hard of hearing, poor eye sight and arthritis in her hands. The buttons are big enough for her to see, the volume is loud enough for her to hear, no crackling unlike the bt one she had. The pictures that I requested for the important 6 numbers were delivered quickly and perfect fit. Buttons ideal in an emergency. All in all, very impressed with the phone. X

I had high hopes for this phone for my parents. However, it doesn’t work consistently. It rings, but sometimes the connectivity isn’t great and it can stop working mid call. It was a real faff to set up with the emergency call numbers, one number easy to put in but not the others. The wire permanently tangles up. Not great tbh and quite disappointed.
