No complaints on non stick capabilities … used on induction hob and best non stick pans I have used … only criticism is the metal collar connection .. burnt myself a couple of times and a small collar or guard would prevent the odd burn as the handle and metal lock have a smooth connection

Nonstick coating very soft
Incredibly soft nonstick coating, don’t see these pans lasting long, even using plastic utensils. Had these frying pans for a couple of weeks, both already scratched.

Warning!!
This is a dangerous product and I would not recommend it to anyone. The metal section gets so hot and it is not safe. There is no warning for this, especially since holding the handle with one hand is difficult as it is heavy. You subconsciously feel the need to use both hands and to automatically reach for that part. Both me and my mother have been burnt – my mums finger is full of blisters. Please buy and use with caution – or avoid altogether.

Bit over valued but good quality
Pans are of good quality , as for the non stick ,not as the advert shows my omelette stuck in the middle of the pan (when cooked in a dry pan as advert showed they didn’t slide out ) same with the fried egg or poached , but with a little oil no problems as value goes little over priced , saw advertisement and purchased for ourselves and family members four sets in all , wished I had tried mine before buying as presents .

Great pans, don’t be put off by cheesy video
Great pans, don’t be put off by the cheesy and quite frankly awful promotional video. Removing the handle is nothing like as easy as it appears on the video, but it is not difficult. I would definitely not recommend fried eggs without fat, they’re awful, but the pans are great and being able to place large omelettes into the oven is a boon with the handle off

Does exactly what it says on the box
Does exactly what it says on the box. Recommend seasoning the pans initially (per the instructions) and then in use let them heat up a bit longer than usual. You will be rewarded with using less cooking oil, no sticking, a better final result and less cleanup. The removable handle are an excellent feature.

Good but safety issues in use of pans required
Pans are good but handle design is poor. The silver band on handle heats up and the lip on pan is hot too. Why have a lip that looks like you would grip it to lift pan that gets as hot as pan. I have burnt myself several times. I now have to pay close attention when using pans. Very disappointed.

Excellent quality…but should have lids
Excellent quality pans, clean easily and never burn. Even heat distribution makes cooking easier. I would have given 5 stars had they come with lids, which I thought they did, but I had to purchase lids at an extra £60 so not as good a value as I initially thought

A Bit of a Wobble
The pans conduct heat very well and it remains to be seen how long the nonstick surface lasts. One drawback, the handles are too heavy for the pans and therefore the wobble when on a gas ring. Have to be extra careful where they are placed to avoid spillage

Quality of the pans
Please do not let yourself be fooled by the video they show…. the handles are not that easy to uncouple or to reattach when the pan is cold, let alone when it is hot. Secondly it is not as nonstick as they show in the video. Thirdly if the handle is loose, you risk the pan turning over.
I am thinking of returning the pans.

BergHOFF non-stick – impressive!
These are great non stick pans! I’ve ‘treated’ them prior to using, as instructed, and tried using without oil (depending on what you are cooking), …..brilliant, and so easy to wash! They are extremely light in comparison to cast iron cookware; if you have weak wrists like myself, you will appreciate this. I haven’t tried ease of removing handles for oven grilling, but think that is a great idea making this a very versatile pan… (many ovens/grills will not work with the door slightly ajar.) Only one thing, it would be good to have a lid, but I have no hesitation in recommending!

If you treat them right they are great pans
