Eggs stick
Disappointed. Nice enough pans but they don’t live up to their price tag. They can’t dry fry eggs as it’s claimed.

Berghoff 7 Piece Cookware – Rather Disappointing!
I was excited to find these pans, but they are not as non stick as they claim them to be. Handles are very fiddly to fit especially when trying to retrieve hot pans from the oven. Lid handles are not properly sealed so they trap and leak water for ages after being washed. When using pans on the hob be very careful to keep yours hands away from the metal part of handle as you can easily burn yourself. Make sure the handles are VERY Securely tightened as the frying pans will spin and dispense the boiling hot contents onto your your kitchen surface (or worse still over you!). Useful to be able to remove handles for the oven and storage but in my opinion the design needs a rethink. No better than any standard commercial and cheaper pans really.

The cookware set isn’t far from the description. I love the the way it cooks my food. I found that when am making scrambled eggs, it doesn’t over cook my my vegetable with little or no oil.
The only trick is the Temperature of your cooker/hob must be low.
I like the lid on the pans. It retains moisture and nutrients in the food.
The delivery was very quick and the package is top notch.

frying pan not so good as described
Some pans very good, but two frying pans not good at all-they still need oil to cook and food sticks anyway. Very dissapointed. The handle not so good. Once I took the pan to get food from it to the plate and at the moment when I keep frying pan on 75 degree the handle screw out and all food was on the floor. The glass lid cup, during cooking, becoming hot and you need a glove to remove it. Overpriced.

Great pans, not quite as per the video, handles a little trickier to attach and not quite as non stick as per the video, we found a little fat or oil is required to cook, but still the best non stick pans we’ve ever had and really easy to clean so would definitely recommend

Easy cleaning, excellent quality
We’ve had these pans since Christmas 2020, they are excellent, really easy to use and probably more importantly, easy to clean after being used. We bought them after having our new induction hob installed, they give excellen results and would highly recomment them.

The non stick is
Non existing and we use wooden spoons for everything and still has marks on the center bottom of all pans
We have been with woll for 12 plus but these are heavy and berghoff seamed fab

2nd set I’ve purchased
like the feel, weight and removable handles to use in the oven. this is the second set I have had but the quality seems to have gone backward. The disappointment is that food does stick but like the fact oil isn’t necessary when cooking
