Great – with a compromise
Item is very heavy – which is ideal for hanging a tv from the wall.
My TV is a 5 year old 75” Panasonic LED which weighs a staggering 55kg so it’s a bit too close to the max weight limit. Although the VESA mount fits the bracket, it doesn’t prevent the tv from moving if knocked.
I’ve got the bracket on its lowest setting and the base of the tv is around 70cm from the floor which puts the eye position from the sofa just under half way.
The compromise is that I’ve now got the screen slightly tilted from the top and with only 1 fixing screw drilled into my newly decorated wall, I don’t have the need to drill another 4 or 5 holes to fix a wall bracket.
Cables all fit inside the ‘leg’ so the tv has a clean log in the wall

Better than expected!
This TV stand is actually brilliant. I don’t think I’ve ever seen something like this before but the item works amazingly well and while we have a 55″ TV on the stand, I’m certain that I can cary a considerably larger one. What you don’t see in the picture is the industrial grade construction of the stand. The leg is made out of construction grade steal. It is a bit utilitarian but it is very sturdy and the weight gives it stability.
The arm part that attaches to your TV is of the highest quality and virtually any TV can be mounted ( no matter the shape of the back ). You get all of the hardware you may ever need and then some. The instructions are detailed and well written and the packaging is what you’d expect from a premium TV stand brand.
My only problem was that the leg came with a manufacturing defect (the factory missed a spot on the paint job). thinkassemble.co.uk was sold out so I reached out to the manufacturer and they have truly amazing customer support. They sent us an entire replacement leg ( the whole white part ) so that they are sure that the paint matches.
I would definitely buy AVF products again!

Fantastic alternative to wall mounting!
I was a bit dubious about the cost and how it would look but I have always wanted to wall mount my TV, but my living room wall was reinforced with a steel plate and nothing can through – couldn’t go through the rigmarole of a fake wall…
So I went for this and no regrets at all – Excellent build quality – it weighs a ton, but that is part of the appeal for me, no chance of it tipping over – although mine is behind a cabinet for extra stability –
My wall is white so it blends in really well – very easy to put together and adjust – I was actually able to construct it and mount the TV by myself (but I wouldn’t recommend it!)
And the beauty of it is, you’re not restricted to one place, if you move or redecorate, it moves with you.. no holes to fill and redrill!

You don’t appreciate it from the pictures but this is one seriously well engineered piece of kit. The metal is thick, solid steel, it feels like a piece fell off an oil tanker and got made into a tv stand. It weighs a good 20kg.
Easy to construct, good instructions, lots of variations of bolts for different TVs. It easily held a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV, no bolt into the wall, the sheer weight of the thing took it easily. Can see how it could hold much larger TVs or possibly even a car against the wall.

Good, but could easily be great
Solid well made, looks good, some design tweaks would make it great and i don’t understand why these were not considered when it was originally designed. The Join could be engineered in a way that auto aligns when it tightens, no matter what i could not tighten the bolts and have the join perfect, and by faffing with it i have chipped the paint. More to the point why on earth is there a join right in your eye-line in the first place, it could easily of been made as one piece, silly design oversight. Suggestion to the manufacturers as an easy fix, you could supply a clip on panel that covers the upright, this panel could clip on and be painted or wallpapered to help it blend with the background also solving the above issue. I have made my own version of this.

I have tried different TV stands for my 70″tv ,But no TV stand worked apart from this one .This Tv stand can handle any TV with more Weight .I am really happy with this stand

Great TV stand
Great TV stand with simple setup instructions , was a bit dubious at first as it looked a bit unstable but once propped against the wall it looked solid. A couple of improvements that I would recommend include maybe a shelf for a STB and rear support at the base so you’re not reliant on the wall allowing you to place it anywhere. I was thinking of placing the stand at the foot of the bed but is not possible with the current design.

Excellent piece of kit!!
I am used to having to fit brackets on walls for TVs and, despite spirit levels and careful measuring, they never look 100%. This is a sturdy piece of kit, held on by 1 screw. It hides all the cabling and manages my 65″ TV with ease. The adjuster screws allow for any floor or ceiling alignments. All in all, i would givebit 6 out of 5!!

Good sturdy TV stand
Very sturdy stand. Heavy and it took a while for me to get it together, mostly because I was on my own. It would be a doddle with two. The instructions were easy to follow and comprehensive and all parts were accurate and separated in the pack. It looks lovely and my 75 inch TV looks glorious in our home cinema.
