I’ve used a different version of Astonish Handwash for a while now and I really like it. In fact I’ve found it to be one of the best for my hands as I suffer from dry skin and wash my hands a lot but the Astonish Handwash has never dried them out and left them feeling sore like some other handwashes I’ve tried in the past, since it has added moisturiser to help with that.This was the first time I’d seen this Peony scented version though so I thought I’d give this a try for change. Like the other version I use, this one was also superb value for the amount of product you get and I haven’t been disappointed by it.The scent is subtle and very pleasant, it really does smell like peony and the scent lingers lightly on my hands for a while after washing them. This handwash is PH balanced and contains added Vitaman E too and is also labelled as vegan.For a massive 600ml worth of product this Astonish handwash is really good value.The handwash itself feels creamy and is a nice medium consistency. It lathers well so you don’t need to use much. I find the pump easy to open and use. I sometimes struggle to get them started with other brands but maybe that’s just me.For me, I’ve found the Astonish handwash to be one of the best budget handwashes available. The Peony scented one is no exception, in fact I think I’ve just found my new favourite.
