I have given the product this rating, because it is very soft and cuddly for my Yorkshire Terrier.It is well made, and still looks good, after being played with lots of times.I would recommend the product to all small dog owners.

Our jack russell has had ollie owl for over 2 years now. He’s definitely her “best friend” as he’s the only toy that has survived her rather harsh treatment. Other toys have long gone. This is a very well made toy, and the squeaker still works too!

I bought Ollie Owl six years ago for my puppy, six years later and Ollie is still going strong yay, and Merry still loves him. So here I am contemplating stocking up on a couple more as he is looking a little battered now, but he still squeaks even though my two have destroyed many a squeaky toy over the last few years and he is much loved. So got to give him 5 stars for longevity etc. Highly recommended brand of dog toy 🙂

I don’t know what it is about this owl, but our dog loves it. She’s on her 3rd version of it in her 6 years of life and we only have to replace because its face becomes mangled with so much play. She cuddles up with it and it is the first thing she fetches for us when we get home. She has so many toys but comes back to this thing all the time!

My dog adores this toy bought as a Christmas gift, it’s surprisingly big for a small dog ( mines a terrier cross) but not so big she can’t pick it up. Although it is soft the fluffiness doesn’t come off like in some dog toys so perfect for my dog as she gently nibbles her soft toys, and I’m happy in the knowledge she’s not ingesting any fibres.

This is great, but I have learned since buying this, that it’s not a good idea to buy dogs squeaky toys. Because in real life, if your dog grabs something that is living, another house pet, a cat, a baby, you want it to drop that person/pet straight away. If we give toys that squeak to our pups, then they get hold of something living that squeaks in pain, it will think it is playing and can do serious damage. We want our pups to learn if it squeaks, we let go. I thought this made sense so thought I’d share.
