Well made good phone especially for the elderly. Sound quality is good and the volume adjustment useful. Easy and simple to use with nice big buttons and a few quick dial buttons. Only one flaw – the handset is a little heavy. If you have an elderly person you are buying it for like I do (typical talk time 2 hours plus) then this can be an issue. On the other hand it means when the handset is put down clumsily in it’s cradle it sits there properly and does not leave the phone off the hook and engaged like some phones do. So swings and roundabouts perhaps. But overall a very good option in a world where few really think about what phones for the elderly should be like.
