I bought this for a pensioner and set up the basics for him as he does not understand technology he has found it easy to use and as he is hard of hearing he found it to be very clear he had a white phone which was the colour of his choice he always puts receiver back on the base to keep it fully charged it is very light and it serves its purpose for him delivery was spot on so all in all a good purchase
