Only buy flowers in warehouse!!!
Never had a problem with before, however this time I ordered this flowers well in advance for valentines day and unfortunately I have to cancel my delivery as they would delivery the flowers 2 days after valentines day. I did choose online my delivery day on the 14th February 2021 and unfortunately for no reason DPD cancelled the delivery for 2 days in a row and at the end I cancelled the delivery completely.You can imagine how embarrassing was for me when my wife give me my present for valentines day and I did not have even a bunch of flowers to give her to say thank you.

Mothers Day Gift
Am sorry to say that when the flowers were delivered they were damaged and mostly dead… we did what it said on the packaging and cut the stems and placed in water and hoped that in a couple of days they would recover but am sorry to say they didn’t and more than half the flowers went in the bin and the rest lasted 3 days. The quality did not match the price tag on this occasion.

Fabulous blooms !
I have chosen this same bouquet to send to various friends, three times over the past few weeks. Each time the recipient told me how beautiful and how fresh the flowers were. I was sent photos of all three bouquets and have to agree! The flowers were everything I could have hoped for. Two friends told me they are the best bouquet they have ever received ! Having been very disappointed in flowers I have sent from other retailers in the past, will be always my first choice in future. 🙂

Spoke to customer service to complain and sent photos, was told to leave in water for 48 hours to see if they perk up.
A week later contacted by customer services to say send photos. Sent with no response again. Now been asked to complete feedback after no response to complaint.

Did not live up to expectations
I received the bouquet on Valentines day as promised and have to say how disappointed I am with them.
Although well packed, as soon as I removed the cellophane a rose head fell off of the stem. The Alstromeria varied from just acceptable to wilting / broken at the head-stem joint.
The greeting (which I thought may be printed on a separate card like most florists) was simply printed on the dispatch note.
Hardly what I felt happy to present to my wife.
I will likely not use this service again.

Stunning flowers just not what I ordered
The flowers received were absolutely stunning but a cheaper bunch than I ordered. This would not put me off trying again, mistakes happen, and the flowers were so beautiful, but if the same happens again I won’t order.
I telephoned about the mistake and they asked what I would like to happen, I asked for the price difference refunded.
However, what happened was another bunch was sent out, without contacting me, thankfully DPD allowed me to change the delivery address as the person wasn’t at the address anymore – they were only staying at the address for a week.
The flowers I received in the second box were roses (that I didn’t get in the first), but they weren’t white they were a mixed bunch of various roses, nothing matched on the website, so I think I was sent a bunch of roses from what was left over as some were older than others. A lovely gesture, but I didn’t know these were coming, it was only by chance I noticed the email. I have received no further communication from , not even to tell me they were sending out another bunch.

I ordered these flowers for valentines day, i was very , very dissapionted with the qaulity and appearance, they looked dry and half dead, I usually purchase from my local florist but being a loyal customer of I thought I would support this drive, I WILL not be ordering flowers from you again, more than this my wife was upset by their appearance on such a special day to us.

Beautiful, fresh bouquet.
The lovely bouquet of Roses and Alstroemeria was really beautiful. This was an anniversary gift for my brother and sister-in-law and was very much appreciated by them. It was delivered exactly on the date requested and the flowers were very fresh and long lasting. I will order this again for future occasions.

Mother’s Day Arrangement
Bought these for Mothers Day, and had them delivered. Delivered on time, and the flowers were lovely. I buy these each year, as it doesn’t affect my mother’s allergies. Lasted until Saturday 12/04 (so just under two weeks).

Very disappointed
So disappointed with the quality of these flowers. They arrived early morning which was the only positive.
The previous year I purchased the red roses from for my wife also to be delivered, and most of them lasted about five weeks, which we were both impressed with so I thought these flowers would do more or less the same. They were tinged with brown on the tips of each flower and very wilted when taken out of the box, and never recovered fully. After approximately eight days they were thrown away. My wife then purchased some roses from a garage, at a lot less than I had paid, and they flourished for a long time. I will give serious consideration next valentines as to purchase flowers from or not.

Bought for our 40th wedding anniversary and much appreciated by my wife. Content was excellent and flowers long lasting filling room with a lovely bouquet. Excellent value for money and would recommend for any occasion. One suggestion though, an actual card for the personal message would complete the package. I am sure nobody would complain about paying a little extra for this.
