Worst flowers bought online
Delivery on time. Perfect. However, the product was not worth the money charged. This was not good value and the flowers were already decaying, so were clearly not that fresh. I have no idea why they were packaged in a free moving box, causing the flowers to get crushed. I will not be ordering flowers from again. Even though I sent a number of emails and phone calls to customer services, I was refused a full refund but instead offered £10 refund as a gesture of good will which after 3 weeks I have still not received. I expected better than this from .

Great Roses – Senseless Delivery Person!
When my 90 year old mother finally found the rose bouquet, it was the day after her birthday and they were a bit wilted. uses a third party delivery company and the delivery person wasn’t too bright to say the least. I’m in California and made sure everything on the order was correct… including my Mom’s phone number. For reasons I can’t fathom, the delivery company left them in the trash bin at a vacant house down the street! If they had called her they would have realized she was home and that they were at the wrong house. She said the roses were lovely but would probably have been perfect had they not been left overnight in someone else’s bin!

Rose Bouquet
The Flowers looked OK on arrival, but when whe took them from the packaging most of the leaves fell off, they arrived on the correct date, 9th Feb. (my wife’s birthday). We put them ina vase in a cool room but after a couple of days they were drooping but we kept them; however a few days more we had to throw them away. This is most unusualc for as we shop there regularly and the products, including food are always first class. We assume this was a “one off” as it was a busy time (near Valentines day) and this does not affect our opinion of , but it was disappointing.

We claimed a full refund as they where absolutely terrible . We did send photos, even though we did have a refund it proved to be a disappointing present for my wife so not a good valentine day for her and she cannot get that present on that day back . I bought those roses for valentine day but also to celebrate her going into remission from cancer . Not good at all .

Wonderful colour and texture but with some damage
These Freedom Red Roses are fabulous. I have bought them 3 or 4 times over the same number of years. The buds open into a full head of velvety rich petals. This year the overall quality did not match previous ones. All the heads were intact but some had broken petals. As the buds opened more petals fell off while a few blackened early. This has not happened before. The bunch gave us 2 weeks before they had to go. While very good value for this time of year I hope the quality drift reverts back to normal

Damaged, old, dry and expensive
Half the roses had torn petals. The flowers didn’t come in water so as I opened them up to trim and arrange them most of the petals fell off as they were dead. Customer services told me to put them in water and if there was still an issue after taking days I’d get a refund. So after two days in water the petals miraculously didn’t grow back. To be fair I got my money back, never ever pay fifty quid for this rubbish – same day I want to Tesco, bought some beautiful roses for £20.

Stunning and long lasting.
I bought these to arrive the day after Valentine’s Day. They arrived boxed and on time. The roses were a deep velvety red with long stems just as described and with additional matching greenery. The roses lasted exceptionally well and much longer than expected.

The flowers looked great on valentine’s day but they only lasted 3/4 days and they died? Water was changed regularly, flower food was used and the stems were trimmed.

Do Not Buy These Roses
Delivered on time but when opened two of the 23 not 24 as expected rose heads were snapped off – looked like they was broken but just put in the bag regardless, the roses themselves were not in good condition & they most certainly didn’t look anything like the picture, I ended up having to go out on the big day & buy from a local florist, definitely not like the usual good quality flowers we have previously bought In store from .

Valentines Roses
The flowers were delivered in a box that was not marked ‘Fragile’ or ‘handle with care’ or any indication they were flowers. They also did not have any water within the stems. As a result upon opening the package the majority of the petals fell away from the flowers. Unfortunately I had to receive a refund. Not the ideal gift on Valentines Day. Think need to rethink how they deliver flowers and/or who they use for delivery.

THE BEST EVER???
When my wife sorted these roses out and found that only 8 stems were worth saving she was of course a little upset.
THIS WAS HOWEVER 11 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THEM!!!
These were undoubtedly the best Valentine day roses I have ever purchased, the
quality, size and long life of the blooms were exceptional this year, earning much admiration and praise from people who saw them and many much needed Brownie points for me.

Sadly, when this product arrived it was 5 stems short which was not the best impression on Valentines Day!!! I immediately contacted who apologized and offered a partial refund, which eventually came back to me a month later!!! Tut tut , I expected better!!
I won’t be ordering flowers from her again.
It was a shame really because the flowers that came were beautiful.

Looked nothing like pictures arrived on time
But nearly half of the roses were dead and some were missing
very disappointing looked like a £10 pound bunch of garage flowers definitely not worth the money rang customer service and after emails and pics they refunded half of my money, will not be ordering flowers from in future wish I had read reviews before ordering

Poor quality, expensive, avoid
Poor quality flowers, marks all over the petals and they started to look poor within a couple of days. For the price, I am extremely disappointed. If I had paid £10 I would have been very happy but the last bunch of £10 flowers I bought were much better than these. I could have gone to a local florist for only a couple of pounds more and received something perfect.
