Very straight forward to order on the thinkassemble.co.uk website and at a great offer price on the Hot Buy. Order confirmed immediately and Bluewhale rang within a hour to organise delivery. I had spoken to Andrew at Bluewhale on the phone several times before ordering, he was really helpful and explained everything. The Delivery was excellent, day agreed and they rang an hour before on the day. Jon and Mikhia ensured we were happy with the location etc before installing and they spent time explaining how everything worked. All the team at Bluewhale were excellent I would highly recommend. The hot tub is perfect, very good quality and spec with the fountains and double insulation. Runs of a standard plug to an outdoor socket so the electrics were straight forward too. Had the hot tub for several weeks and the whole family love it 🙂

Fantastic Spa
Love the Spa just what i wanted and more. Great price and the delivery by Blue Whale Spa was quick and easy. The delivery men where excellent and gave me a few tips on using the Spa.
Have used it daily since it arrived. The jets are great and the 2kw heater is perfect. I was worried it would not be enough as a previous Lay Z Spa heater had the same wattage heater, less than 24 hours and the temprature was at its highest.

A welcome addition to our garden
We have been considering purchase of a hot tub for our garden for a while but could never decide on size or spec to make an actual purchase. We bought the BWS Olive Bay as a spur of moment purchase when on offer at thinkassemble.co.uk recently. Everything has been perfect from communication, delivery arrangement, installation and basic guidance on how to use from the install team. Wanted a proper hot tub for ages and this one didn’t disappoint, spacious, powerful jets and installation was relatively easy, but call blue whale instead of email to arrange as they don’t respond to emails (only reason 4* instead of 5)

Spa is fantastic and great value for money. Delivery service is good however be aware when it says installed, what it means is they power it up and leave you to it! You have to get your own electric supply in place and suitable lead, Once they have checked the powers on its over to you to fill and set up!

Check position of speakers when choosing a side-mounted cover lifter, as they may obstruct fitting on this e particular sides.

Blue whale spa olive bay- not recommended
We have had the this hot tub since the end of May 2021. The nozzles have already rusted and are seeping rust onto the plastic covering of the hot tub. The delivery instructions were poorly written. The delivery men cracked a tile while delivering the tub. Not recommended.
