Great adjustability, but poor back support
Chair is decent value for the amount of adjustability on offer. You can change the seat height, tilt and depth, as well the back rake and height. There is also a pneumatic lumber support, tilt tension and height adjustable arms. Built quality is good with a metal chrome base, and the seat cushion has enough padding.
The main issue is the shape of the back. It’s not flat, but curves backward at the top, so your back never feels properly supported. To get enough back support, you have to have the chair really upright, which feels odd. The arm rests are also really hard and could do with more adjustment options, such as forward and backwards slide. It’s a shame as it was so close to being a great office chair.

The chair is good, although we received a chair that had been returned as the box had been opened and resealed, there was no bag with the bolts or assembly instructions,no tool to put the chair together, fortunately the bolts were already in the chair.
