Disappointing
I ordered this particular chair as it looked like it had good lumbar support. First chair had to be returned as the moulding and chair to arm hinges were built incorrectly, second chair had to be returned as the chair seat did not sit correctly on the base. All in all very disappointed with the value of the chair

Well packaged and fairly straightforward to assemble, clear instructions with supplied tools. The chair seems well built, supportive and robust. The folding arms are a very useful feature allowing the chair to be offered right up to the desk without lowering, also this should prevent premature wear on the arms.
My only criticism is the lumbar support, it does seem big and is not adjustable and therefore’ pushes you forward in the seat. I note that some chairs have adjustable or even removable lumbar supports.
Initially, very pleased with the chair, however, time will tell.

Lovely comfy high backed chair for use at my sewing machine.
because its on castors and I use it on a wooden floor I have to be carful when im going to sit on it as it will move. would be better on a carpeted area

Very comfortable and well made. I’ve gone through many different chairs but for the money this is the best. I have had this seat for nearly 4 months now and it’s kept its shape and my back pain has gone.

Poor Quality Chair
Purchased this chair online. When assembling it, the right armrest was flush with the chair seat but the left armrest stuck out by about 1cm, so much so that you could see daylight through the gap. Retired the chair to thinkassemble.co.uk and ordered another one. Unfortunately, this replacement chair had exactly the same issue with it. So have returned this to thinkassemble.co.uk and will not be getting another one. thinkassemble.co.uk customer service department have been excellent throughout, but the quality of the La-Z-Boy chair was very disappointing.
