Took me to the cleaners
This washing machine specifications informed me it is 550mm deep. It is not it is 635mm! That’s not on. My old washing machine was smaller and had a larger aperture to get duvets, quilts. This machine is super heavy too. it looks ugly juts out and not a patch on my old washer. I feel like returning this monstrosity of a machine.

Love my new washing machine – If I am honest I only use 3 settings (love the quick wash!!) & the mixed load – never really bother with any other settings as they all take too long – it is very quiet & linked to the telly to tell us when the washer is finished !! ( why – cause Hubby thought that be funny !!) No issues so far would definitely recommend.

The washing machine is very easy to use, with the added bonus of having the luxury of the wifi programming via using your phone. Excellent features on the machine with 13 programmes covering all your needs for wash cycles. The extra 3 year warranty, on top of the 2year warranty from thinkassemble.co.uk makes this an exceptional buy.

Simple to use, suitably quiet and a practical range of programmes. The steam cycle is brilliant for towels that need a revive, it stripped sun oil stains from towels and white tops too. A normal 60 degree wash hadn’t been able to remove sun oil in old machine

Cleans really well – very quiet and nice big drum. economical to run. Niggly things but not bad – it turns on if you lean against the on off switch – the melody player is good but can get a bit irritating but acceptable so you know you’ve touched the correct buttons – NO instruction manual – had to go online to find other settings – Ai showed it had a separate spin, which is what i wanted – when the wash cycle is done and you want an extra spin you have to turn the machine back on again and set to rinse / spin and hold the spin button in for about 5 – 10? seconds and it removes any cycles – then adjust the spin speed press the spin button. I like to spin a few times so have to do this every time – the machine switches off after a cycle so have to turn on again to use this ‘hidden’ setting – when you do it doesn’t turn on to the last cycle used, which you’d probably regularly use so has to be reset to your preferred cycle every time it’s turned on – or I haven’t found out how to do this yet. My mum’s Hotpoint washer always turns on to the last cycle so a bit frustrating … apart from this – it’s a good machine.

Great washing machine, only slight issue is the spin and rinse settings are on the same setting and you don’t seem to be able to turn the rinse off . Also tiny human socks seem to get trapped behind the door and rubber bit mid cycle.
