Great machine, but…..
…it’s a washing machine, and works just fine. But for the love of all that’s holy, please mentally prepare yourself for the the musical extravaganza once the wash finishes, that goes on and on and ON! You can go into the settings to turn it off, but you have to do that every single time! You can connect this to your Wi-Fi and download the Samsung Smartthings App, but there really is no point, unless you want to receive a notification that the wash has finished whilst you are away from home. It does a few other things that are completely pointless because you have to be stood in front of the machine to actually use them. But as a washing machine it’s great.

All very good so far.
Takes a bit of getting used to, when did washing machines start playing tunes?
Washing better on lower temperatures and shorter washes, better for the environment.
Remembers favourite programmes so the wife doesn’t struggle so much.
I might even use it myself one day.

Happy with this purchase. Good cycle options although I wish they have Whites option for the whitening of white fabrics (I had this in my previous machine). Delivery was good and installation (myself and my husband) was easy.

Fit for purpose
A standard 9kg 1400rpm spin washing machine that performs exactly as you would expect for the price. The add-wash facility is a bonus if you forget to include something before starting the cycle.

I really like this, it’s easy to use, a wide range of functions, the only niggle (and it’s small) is the tune if plays once the cycle is complete is a bit annoying. That aside 5 stars from me!

Excellent washing machine. Does seem much improved on the original series 5 which was our last washing machine and lasted about six years of heavy use. The 5+ has a sleeker control / display appearance and the programs seem much more configurable than before allowing to adjust the temp, spin and rinse cycles to suit. Now also shows recommended load weight for each program which is a plus. Highly recommended.

Good versatility of programme options. A quick wash with a choice of spin speeds is very useful. Great for adding in small items that have. been dropped/ missed en route to washer. Link to phone to alert when programme has ended.
