Very happy with my purchase, I bought another
I’m very happy with my purchase and it does give a good clean on carpet, hard floor and even in a deep pile rug too. Bought another for a family member I was so pleased with mine, I wanted to share how good it is. The different levels of suction are a bonus and can be operated via the app, Alexa or by the unit itself. It creates a virtual map and logs a timeframe of where was cleaned and how long it operated for and maps out any obstructions for future cleans. Extremely pleased with this.

An excellent buy
I bought this product as I was advised not to use a vacuum cleaner for 6 weeks after surgery. I was really impressed. It takes a while to figure out how it works, but once you get the hang of it, the robot vacuum works well. You do need to be careful with wires as it can get them wrapped around the brushes and trap itself.

Bought to replace a 5 year old iRobot that was still going strong physically but showing lots of signs of robot dementia. Really pleased with Eufy. It’s quieter, quicker and does a great job on our floor which is a mix of tiles, wood and one large rug.

I don’t have much expectation that this would be much good, but on wooden and tiled floors it’s excellent. It pick up dirt well and is very effective. Could do with a bigger dust collector, but then the machine would need to be bigger. Worth the money.

Faulty suction
the debris got stuck in the brush and didnt go into the bin, so suction was faulty. I have had this brand before and it worked perfectly so i guess this was just a one off. Great return process and very helpful. I will buy eufy agin just a different model

Decent robot for decent price
Vacuuming – Mapping a room was difficult as it tried to go out a window several times and the first few tries it was a challenge but over time it’s much better. The sound volume is hard to control as while you can adjust the voice sounds, the other noises it makes seems to be at full volume. The robot is also terrible with wires and will just snap them up. Otherwise, its good for an in between vacuum and making the house feel clean. I definitely recommend regular vacuuming in between as I’m not sure how well it picks up the corners or with deep carpet.
Mopping – small hold for your floor washing liquid. It’s very streaky and you really have to get the mop fully saturated. It’s not very good with corners/edges unfortunately.
