Good quality and Product, easy to set up
Very Good priduct little expensive but working ok. I had little problem to set PIR sensors and window sensors up as i had already PIR sensor in place and iI wanted to install Yale PIR sensors at the same place rather new place so i used old PIR hooks to set Yale PIR sensors. Door sensors also has little issue if door and frame surface is not leveled. Other then that so far working fine and very easy to set up zones too. One more good thing is it works with your wifi and you get notification on your mobile anywhere in the world.

Easy to eat up, easy to use and simple to expand with good signal range throughout the house.
This is the second Yale smart alarm I’ve had and been very pleased with both.
Upgraded to this one as we no longer have a traditional phone line only fibre broadband.

Pirs are not Pet friendly version.
Very easy to install. Great app. Only gripe was that customer services was unable to answer my questions as to whether or not the pirs were pet friendly (there not btw). Other than that a bargain.

Great system! Great tecnology at great price!
Bought for home protection. Totally trust tge Yale brand. Our last 2 systems have been Yale. Latest technology, easy to use. Love being able to remote on/off as sometimes forget to arm it. Obviously no wires as its a wireless system. I put ours up in about 30 minutes! So simple! Great product again Yale !!!

easy to set up even if the instructions are quite poor. Has a good range to cover my garage and summer house.The phone app works well and gives good notifications.

Yale Sync Smart Home Alarm
The Yale Sync Smart Home Alarm was easy to set up. The App is great for arming and disarming the alarm. I have not managed to set it up to ask me when I leave if I have set the alarm. The Door/window sensors are not suitable for my double glazed upvc doors/windows.

You cant go wrong buying Yale products. Been after an alarm system like yhis for a wnile and have not been disappointed by the quality.easy to sef up and add more and more accessories. Plus bought this on a dwal so was way mu h heaper.

Great system, easy to set up and use and excellent range of reception from devices to the hub. Yale have improved on the aesthetics of the PIR however the door contacts can be a bit tricky with some door frames.

Instructions good in that respect but they are rather sketchy on the operating side of the system – not enough explanation of the device setting options in the app. Trial and error gets you there though. Yale alarm. Does what it says on the box.
Needed to replace my old wired system but didn’t want all the hassle of drilling and running wires.
This was easy to install and you get warnings from your phone if triggered and if system is on or off. Also the convenience of turning on from anywhere if you forgot.

Easy set up and apart from a fault with the front door sensor I can’t seem to clear the alarm works great. Peace of mind as I get alerts when there are any changes to the system. Easy to remotely arm or disarm. Great value for money.

Very Poor customer service, no help at all with the installation guidence after long wait.. Took a long time to figure out how to work it eventually. WiFi connection is poor on sensors unless close to the router…

Not for me
This kit was actually a great deal for the price but I found it very fiddly to set up. I messed around for a couple of hours trying to sync a couple of components and get fed up with the amount of ‘dings’ my phone made with every attempt to sync. Sadly not for me….Returned and refunded
