Very lightweight and works well
My older RJ11 headset would not work with the new Yealink phones my employer purchased. I was disappointed, but went ahead and got this one because it’s a seasonal job and I wanted a low price point. I was surprised at the great sound quality and light weight of this headset. I have had no complaints from callers that they can’t hear me. It doesn’t have an in-call light on it, so no one can tell you’re on a call. They just think you’re ignoring them. You can’t have everything at this price point. The disconnect works well when I have to dash across the room and make a copy. I did find that you must remember to plug the headset back in when you return to your desk.
