Excellent digital lock
Easy to replace an existing yale nightlatch with this unit. It’s simple to operate and there aren’t any more lost keys to replace or worry about – plus, no more inadvertent lockouts, and if you want to let someone in whilst you’re out, set a temporary code before you leave for them. Pleased with the quality, reliability and price.

Tidy looking, operates well and was easy to install once figured out – READ INSTRUCTIONS re lock!
The one thing that caught us out was the night latch direction. The plate wasn’t fitted by our joiner and the lock kept stopping working and having to re-install the night latch. The night latch only opens in a single direction, meaning the Yale was triggering the deadlock! So, fitting the plate resolved this…. Its in the instructions 🙂

Nearly a great lock
This is a relatively easy lock to install, easily replacing a common Rim lock cylinder and so I was able to keep my old lock. I wish they had designed this in a way to avoid drilling a secondary hole for the battery pack cable.
The problem I had with it was the device didn’t take the new codes I input on the weekend I installed it and had to wait for Monday to contact Yale’s 9-5 weekend customer service centre.
Once they did a remote hard reset and updated the firmware it works well.

Good smart lock but check compatibility!
Haven’t had it long term to determine whether it warrants 5 stars, however, for ease of use you will require a Yale night latch. The connector only works with Yale & not other locks as they claim. Had to re install after purchasing a new lock. Be prepared to spend another £30 on lock. Inbuilt features, aesthetics good.

Yale Keyless Smart Lock in Chrome
I recently installed the Yale Keyless Smart Lock in Chrome, and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. The sleek chrome finish looks incredibly smart on the door and adds a modern touch without being too flashy.
The lock itself works brilliantly. Being able to enter the house using a PIN code or key card has made life much simpler, especially when I’m juggling shopping bags without wanting to carry keys. The keypad is responsive, and the backlit numbers are particularly handy at night.
I also appreciate the added peace of mind that comes with its security features. The lock feels sturdy and well-built, and the ability to easily change or add access codes.
Overall, the Yale Keyless Smart Lock has exceeded my expectations. It’s reliable, stylish, and incredibly convenient. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to modernise their home security without any fuss.

Exceeded Expectations
This was a bit of an impulse buy as I could see it’s potential for eliminating issues of lost keys and the worry of forgetting to take a key. Instructions are clear and handy measuring card supplied. The unit is solid and heavy, construction excellent, works faultlessly and has 20 memories if needed. A great buy.
