Nearly a good product!
Unforunately its clear that Yale is not a software company.
It is relatively simple to install in the Yale smart lock although there were no instructions in the box and it was all detailed in the app.
I installed on the weekend and it required a call to their weekday 9-5 call centre to reboot the device before it would work.
That said once resolved it has worked well. However I have lost a bit of confidence in the system as its not truly standalone.

Unlocks your smart handles full potential!
The Yale Access app is much less buggy than the Yale Conexis L1 Smart Living app. The latter logging you off or shutting down when you’re trying to open the door!
The benefits of this module upgrade are:
1. It’s far more reliable.
2. Remote locking/unlocking (useful for parcel deliveries, if you have a nest doorbell to confirm the courier locks the door afterwards!)
3. The door tells you what position it’s in ie closed, open or ajar and if it’s locked or unlocked.
4. Works with smart homes so you can ask Google or Alexa to lock up…
Caveat though, you still need to lift your door handle to lock the door!
I thinks it’s worth the outlay as this module unlocks (excuse the pun) the full potential of the smart lock.

Excellent product to work with our Yale Smart Lock. Enables me you open, lock and add users to the lock remotely which is perfect for my Airbnb in Cardiff
