I’ve had a few Xiaomi products and this Smart Band is great. It’s accurate and perfectly sized, with a simple and intuitive face that has lots of free watch face options. Aside from the time, it shows the date, weather, tracks your steps, calories, heart rate, sleep details and more. Plenty of watch straps are available for it and are easy to change. The Bluetooth connectivity is certainly more reliable than my original and much more expensive Xiaomi S1. The fact that watch and my far more expensive digital watches have all been consigned to my watch box since this arrived says it all. I really can’t recommend it highly enough and friends have even bought this model since seeing it.

As usual Xiaomi products are great value for money. Just ended up setting up the band and wearing for a day, landed on the main page in 5 minutes, app updated and all features are easy to scroll. Few messages in Chinese which could be annoying but overall great product at this price . Sleep measure and data visuals are easy to interpret.

I’ve been using this for about 4 days now and I absolutely love it. The battery life is great, it’s at 70% after 4 days of use. Tracks steps, calories, sleep, and connects to your phone and gives you notifications. Very easy to set up and the watch face is customisable which I loved. Well worth the money

Excellent display and fitness app the sleep, exercise and step trackers are awesome. It is very smart looking aswell and syncs messages and data perfectly. The battery life is excellent considering the amount of transferring and storage, and is seamless in the water when swimming. Nice size fits wrist very well and is easy to use and functions excellent.

We had the band 6 before and these are a definite improvement. Far more reliable with both recording activities and connecting to our phones. Other aspects other than the excellent activity recording that we find particularly useful is the notification and the text of WhatsApp and text messages and phone calls on the watch. Some mention the fact that the device does not have a GPS but this is not really a factor as it uses your phones GPS, assuming you carry it with you. GPS uses too much power on a watch. The battery lasts at least a week even with all the extra recording stuff active. Shaving the hair from your wrist where the watch sits, if you’re are a more hirsute person, like me, certainly helps with data recording accuracy.For a future version, NFC and link to my Google wallet for payments would be handy.
