I’m using this with a Polycom VVX410. Straight out the box. Plug and play. You get a few adaptors. I didn’t need those. Sound is good. People can hear me well. It’s quite comfortable too. Cheaper than the OEM headsets. I’d recommend this as it does the job quite well and was very quick and easy to start using.

Bought to use in workplace. Good quality and seemed reliable product. Had a problem when started getting feedback and microphone became very quiet. Emailed the Wantek team who shipped a replacement via amazon delivered next day to replace as part of 2 year guarantee. Good product and great, efficient customer service, will probably buy again in the future and recommended to colleagues.

Although these seemed like a good buy at the time, half of the eight sets ordered for our office are no longer working after just over six months. They don’t get heavy use, and have no external or obvious damage, they’ve just cut out and stopped working for four separate members of staff. Very disappointing, no guarantee with them, so a complete waste of money.

I was getting neck and shoulder pains and headaches from spending 7-8 hours a day on the phone at work. Since switching to this headset my neck, shoulders and head have felt a great deal better. I was worried my ear would get hot and or sweaty, but not an issue at all. It is very good at cutting out background noise, which does mean you need to have the mouthpiece within 1-2 cm of your mouth, if it is further away the person on the other end struggles to hear me.

Premetto che non non lavoro in un call center, di conseguenza non le utilizzo in modo continuativo tutto il giorno.Per il mio utilizzo, comunque stimato sulle 3/4 ore al giorno, posso dire che sono veramente comode e funzionano benissimo! L’audio è perfetto e non si sentono rumori di disturbo. Attualmente le utilizzo con un Siemens OpenStage 15.Consiglio il prodotto!
