Very well made and great value for money.Comes with recharges batteries and a cable that allows you to charge both batteries at the same time.Signal is decent, the kids just use around the house – no problem at all there and occasionally someone nearby ends up on the same channel (much to everyone’s amusement as anyone on the line with these two 10 year old twins… well, good luck with that one!! 🤣)Distance wise I tested to the end of the road (about 1k) and that’s where the signal went… but it is trying to travel through a housing estate so not exactly a route one for any radio waves from such a small unit).For domestic use, or light commercial use around a building then should work well.Well made, solid and so far, so good, robust (these two usually require things to be made from kevlar or kryptonite to have half a chance or survival… these feel like they may fit the bill nicely!

Upon receiving these walkie-talkies I was immediately impressed by the neatness of the units,but the best was yet to come! After charging the batteries(quick and simple with the USB lead supplied)I was blown away by the host of functions and the simplicity of the set-up procedure,which had them up and running in no time. The ease of use,sound quality and range of functions has made me determined to obtain an extra set(sets?) for other family members;absolutely delighted!

I’m new to walkie talkies so didn’t realise you need a “Call” button if you want to transmit a call sound that says to others, “Hello. Can we talk please”. This simple device does not have a call button, so the only way to attract attention is to press the PTT button and whistle or something, or just start talking.But what is very odd is that there is a facility to choose one of ten call tones. A bit bizarre that, if you can never transmit a call tone!Finally, the instruction booklet introduces terminology such as “CTCSS/DCS”, “Dual-Channel Monitoring”, “Scanning”, “MON”, “Sub-channel”, with little or no explanation of these terms.In short, these devices are actually very basic. I need something more sophisticated and with a CALL BUTTON, so I’m returning my purchase.I did actually send emails to the manufacturer and the distributoer asking for help but neither has replied.

Sehr solide Materialien, ziemlich robust (habe zwar nicht getestet sie von weiter oben fallen zu lassen, allerdings mein Sohn mit seinen 4 Jahren schon etliche Male und das einzige was aufliegt ist der Akku Deckel, mehr passiert nicht). Einstellbar ohne Probleme und funktionieren einwandfrei.
