bought to replace not so old house phone that had died ,didnt want to spend too much so didnt expect great things however, phones are great clear key pads easy to read display crisp sound good features ok the ring tones arent great but …… easy to set up im no techy wizz but managed to set it all op with out hand book but the easy start leaflet tells you all you need . im really happy i went for this phone does all i want at a good price , i recommend it

The plugs AGAIN d0 not fit our uk 13 am sockets . So why are V TECH putting them on their landing line phones it is impossible to use this product and this is the 2nd phone I ve ordered and will BE like the other will be returned and I ll buY again but not on line so I can see the plug before I buy it! This is SO FRUSTRATING. REGARDS SHELLEY
