I don’t even know why I bothered with this sub par absolute joke of a company! This is the third product I’ve purchased from them (foolishly) they are a company that buys sub par low grade materials that don’t make the cut for more popular brands such as Duracell and Energizer and they strategically lace their low quality products with what I can only describe as GAMER ATTRACTIVE decals and names that lure hopeful and alas simple minded gamers into purchasing their 0.001* quality products! The first thing I ever purchase under the venom branding was an xbox1 controller power pack that for a solid 2 days proved it’s metal and powered my controllers until unfortunately it came time to charge it after the first charge these batteries for the power pack system for the Xbox one controller died within two to three hours of gameplay I had two packs both of which were exactly the same from exactly the same power pack charge exactly the same time both died in the same time frame less than three hours the charger and batteries that I have purchased here they gave me a total run time before charging originally around about seven hours of gameplay now I get around 1.5 to 2 hours of gameplay before the batteries from fully charged a totally dead I go through the entire quantity of the pack that I purchased before getting to the original ones that I put on charge when they first died! Literally in the time it takes for the batteries to die I can charge every other battery and then have to repeat the cycle over and over again I can never have all the batteries charged it’s a constant cycle of dead batteries and continuous charging just so I can play any games I am looking at in an eight-hour session I will go through 4 sets of these useless batteries! I will never EVER buy venom batteries again! They are an absolute waste of time and money! I’m currently sat here with no batteries at all because the previous ones that died in my controller I still charging and the next ones are completely dead and I have no spare batteries because they are all charging all dead and I can’t continue playing the game I was on until a pair of them are charged and are ready to give me my whole 1 hour of game play once they are charged…. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR BUT WITH VENOM YOU LOOSE WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Poor performance
Not performing well, do not hold charge for more than a couple of weeks. Tried putting them in simple devices such as remote controls and scales, voltage drops significantly in a matter of weeks.
