The Vega Olympic Bar has a 30mm diameter handle, is 7ft long, weighs in at 20kg and has a maximum capacity of 453kg. The bar is fitted with 4 needle bearings and brass bushes on each sleeve to give a smooth effortless transition on lifting, the knurling is standard depth and pattern and also comes supplied with spring collars.

The Vega Olympic Rubber Plates are all manufactured using high density rubber crumb. They are suitable for use with a 50mm diameter Olympic Bar. Each plate has a diameter of 45cm (IWF competition standard) with a 50.6mm internal steel ring.
