Missing tank
Delivery was on time and put it together quickly but the small solution tank at the back of the handle was missing so the unit was unusable, i returned it to the store and got a full refund, would buy again from costco as the return was so easy , i was expecting to have to defend myself but he was really nice and helpful.

Vax carpet cleaner
Delivery was good and assembly of machine was straight forward. The sample cleaning solution is enough to give a large room a good deep clean.
The only criticism is you need to be very carful when lifting it up stairs etc with water in because you automatically grab main handle on the front which releases the main water chamber.
