It feels really sturdy and secure, and once adjusted properly, it moves smoothly without feeling loose or drooping on its own. You can easily reposition your monitor and it will stay in place very well. It’s expensive, but very much worth the money, as it definitely feels like it could easily hold a very heavy monitor without you worrying about it falling off. I have total confidence in this arm, unlike some others I have used.There was, unfortunately, a missing piece in the unit I bought, but there was a card included in the box with a customer support email that they specifically recommend contacting if you have any missing pieces. I sent them an email and they very quickly arranged to send me the missing part with tracked shipping at no charge. Excellent customer service for an excellent product.

Do inspect the packaging when received from Think Assemble – the item should be wrapped in clear plastic. Else, this might have been a returned item to Think Assemble. If you encounter parts missing from Think Assemble returns, this isn’t a fault by the manufacturer and any number of things could have happened between the return process, buyer and Think Assemble.That aside, the monitor arm holds up well – parts are high quality, sturdy and weighted, there is no wobble, and plenty of modular configurations to support how you wish.If you are deciding between monitor arms – This pole config allows mounting monitors at a higher height (or have it flushed level with the table) as the non gas / pneumatic piece can slide up and down, compared than other arms with a fixed angle for the non gas/pneumatic which does not allow for any adjustment. It also modular and can future proof your configuration if you need another monitor in future.For thinner tables, get a reinforcement plate also from the same manufacturer as the parts are heavy.Manufacturer support is also pretty good, send them a message and they will respond quickly.

Beware of far more expensive imitations. This thing is built like a tank and holds my 49″ Samsung Odyssey with ease.Very easy to assemble and adjust, it comes complete with all the required tools. 2 people are recommended for mounting the monitor but I managed ok on my own.Build quality and finish are outstanding and as soon as you feel how heavy this thing is you know you are getting a top quality product.Save money and do not hesitate purchase this. Highly recommended.

Needed an arm with extra height and long reach to hang a 34″ ultrawide over my incoming 49″ ultrawide. This seemed to be my only option but my suspicions were aroused as soon as I opened the box. It’s a quality item but it has clearly been repacked by someone and all of the plastic bags were open, adhesive parts had already been stuck to the relevant parts and some of the supposedly included tools were missing. Not happy as this should have been brand new. I’m not going to risk 2 expensive monitors with an arm that could be faulty for all I know so it’s gone back for a refund. However I’ve ordered another as it looks like it’ll do the job, fingers crossed I get a brand new one this time.UPDATE – The replacement arm arrived yesterday and pleased to report that it was brand new, not only that but the previous one I was sent must have been an earlier version and this one didn’t need extra stick on pads, the instruction manual was different. The arm itself feels suitably solid and installation is straightforward enough. I managed to get my old 34″ widescreen attached on my own although it would have been easier with someone else there at times. I’m a nervous wreck when it comes to monitor arms and have visions of the whole lot collapsing and doing untold and expensive damage. However I’m pretty happy that this arm is going to do a perfect job and can recommend it based on my experience so far.

This a must, you will not be dissapointed – i stacked two 49′ Ultra Wide Curved monitors (Samsung G9). I was researching for a while and come across this mount. As soon i opened the packaging it felt like that this a premium product due to its packaging and design.To be frankly honest i did not have any hopes due to the lack of options available for my monitors (until i seen this mount). I was soo wrong, this product is well built and engineered for some serious weight and with its multiple arm settings it is perfect in every other way and above all within the budget, my previous one were from Ergotron (i think thats how you spell it) they were also quality but pricey but didnt quite sit right with me in terms of the arm mechanism.The tension levels on the arms are amazing my monitors havent moved a mm – i was actually expecting the monitors to be on the desk the following morning, surprisingly everything was fine and intact.The only slight improvement which the mount could benefit from could be the cable management desgin but honestly you will not be dissapointed!!You guys at Rep Lab Consulting, could you please send me out a drink coaster please??Sorry to be cheeky but that is also designed to high standard lol!!

In gwneral is a good product but look like there is a flaw with the metal bracket for the base. The material is not that strong or i got unlucky and have a bend one. Didn’t noticed until i finish the setup.Be careful and bear in mind it is not the best for the amount of money which you pay and if you use like me 2 49″ could be really dangerous if that clamp bend more or just didn’t hold…Maybe i got unlucky but look like have to be vigilant

By far the best I’ve had plenty of monitor arms but noting compares to this on no sag no wobble sturdy and strong fitment is spot on even with the risers for the recessed mounting points do not let the prices shy you away because it worth every penny

Solid mount, Easy to install, VESA mount a bit large for my Samsung monitors.
Great product. I purchased one for my two Samsung Odysseys ultra-wide monitors, at first I thought the VESA plate is causing the monitors to tilt downward, (The VESA plates are too large at the top as the monitors have a rounded back area and the VESA Plates should fit inside the circular recess, I guess) but I noticed I was still learning how to adjust movements. Overall great quality and functionality, my space looks clean and saves desk space.

Worth the price
Great monitor mount. Held a G9 Odyssey OLED with no issues. There is no swivel support, but this is an excellent arm for the price. No sag and mounting it to the desk and arm is simple.

Braccio per monitor STREPITOSO!
Come da titolo, questo braccio per monitor è qualcosa che vale 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Ero alla ricerca di un braccio per sostenere il mio enorme Samsung Neo G9 da 57″. Le prime opzioni che avevo valutato erano però troppo costose. Spendere 300/400€ per un Ergotron mi sembrava veramente troppo. Ed ero quasi rassegnato ad usare la troppo ingombrante base del Neo G9.Dopo lunghe ricerche mi sono però imbattutto in questo ULTRARM di cui ho letto molto bene in giro.Ebbene, mai acquisto fu così azzeccato! Tiene perfettamente l’enorme Neo G9, non solo, dopo aver fatto tutte le regolazioni del caso il monitor non balla neanche se sbatti sulla scrivania. Mentre è possibile eseguire tutti i movimenti con il minimo sforzo.Per quanto riguarda l’installazione, non è semplicissima, bisogna studiare un po’ le istruzioni che comunque sono chiare e precise. Una volta capito come proseguire però, il montaggio avviene in una ventina di minuti. Dentro la confezione sono presenti tutti gli attrezzi necessari a stringere le viti e completare il montaggio senza ricorrere ad ulteriori attrezzi. Un cacciavite ed un avvitatore semplificano comunque il tutto.Una tirata di orecchi a Samsung, che mi ha fatto tirare giù tutti i santi dell’anno 2026. Ma come si fa a mettere un adattatore VESA per bracci e NON METTERE le viti per aggancialo? MALEDETTI!Per fortuna questo ULTRARM è dotato di un set di viti di diverse dimensioni che mi hanno permesso di montare il tutto senza problemi.Lo consiglio? Sicuramente si, costa 1/3 di quelli rinomati (e.g. Ergotron o simili) e fa il suo sporco lavoro alla perfezione!
