Poor quality, very poor service from thinkassemble.co.uk
Ordered just before xmas for our daughter, very poor build quality, lots of scrapes, scratches, dints, gaps and poor paint quality. Had a battle to get it exchanged instead of return, refund and repurchase which is thinkassemble.co.uks preferred method. its a very heavy piece and needs to ideally be moved once unpacked. A new dresser arrived, not in much better shape than the first one, on top of the scratches, etc this one had a scratch to the glass top and no fixings. Cannot attach mirror to dresser. On positive our daughter absolutely loves this dresser in spite of its defects, so I was loath to send it back again, but requested the missing fixings and some sort of resolution to this ongoing issue. Numerous calls and e mails later, still no sign of the missing fixings or any contact from thinkassemble.co.uk. Very disappointed as we are big thinkassemble.co.uk fans or were.

Good sturdy furniture
I would have given this item a 5 star if it hadn’t been damaged when I came to assemble it. The dresser is sturdy and has ample drawer space, with a lot of compartments, and the mirror is lit well. It’s bigger than it looks in the picture.

Superior product, good packaging and service
Item came very well packaged in two boxes (be prepared to fill a standard sized recycling bin with the packaging!). Delivery was at the pre-arranged time. Both boxes are heavy, it is recommended to open boxes and carry individual pieces up any stairs. Easy to follow step by step instructions with minimal assembly required (pedestals for example are pre-assembled with drawers in situ). You will need a wall socket close by for the vanity mirror and built in USB.

Really nice design and functions, but finish is disappointing with respect to cost of the product. Expected better.

Nice, but could be better
Good value vanity table, super easy to fit compared to others elsewhere. Sold build and lots of storage. The drawers are not smooth to close and always need an extra push, no rail. Some parts were scratched/marked but most are hidden under top. Overall nice, but for the price could be better.

The quality of this vanity unit is not to usual thinkassemble.co.uk standards. They have exchanged twice and I am waiting for the third exchange.

A good vanity unit
A well constructed piece of furniture, albeit a little unfinished, but in areas that are not seen. Will be an asset in its new surroundings. Very heavy boxes and require transporting to destination for anyone not capable of such heavy loads.

Returned as very poor finish!
Very shoddy, returned this item, the finish is very poor with filler in some joints and very poor open mitre joints on the front of the drawer trim. It’s made in Vietnam and should stay there. No wonder there was a hundred pounds off!

The dressing table was relatively easy to put together. It is it is very nice quality and looks very attractive and luxurious. The only improvement could be brighter led lighting .
