Care Instructions:

• Wash with a soft sponge & mild soap or detergent before initial use
• Some food containing starch such as pasta & rice, may stain the internal part of the pan while cooking, in order to remove stains easily, rub them with a cloth which has been dampened with lemon juice or vinegar, or use stainless steel polishing paste
• Avoid soaking hot utensil in cold water
• Whenever possible, rinse the pan with hot water after washing & dry immediately to maintain its original shine
