We had been looking for a new sofa for a while and agreed that it would wait until we both saw one we liked ,walked into thinkassemble.co.uk and fell in love with this corner sofa which has the added advantage of several different set up arrangements to suite your needs as well as the storage under the puffet, we ordered it with the notice of 20 days delivery but were very happy when it arrived in just 7 days, now had it for 3 months and it is unbelievable, very comfortable and spacious for weather you want to laze around or have family to visit , the actual fabric is very high quality, to sum it up it’s great value, top quality and well worth the price,

Great sofa, logistics company used let them down
The sofa is amazing, massive, really comfortable and I love the flexibility of it being modular. The colour is fantastic but does show little marks and dusty easily so if you are worried about that I’d go for the lighter shade. The issue came with the delivery, while this is supposed to include delivery and installation, the delivery drivers left it out the front of our house (showed us it said no assembly on there system), I am a disabled person and it’s incredibly heavy so it felt unfair that my partner had to everything, despite payment supposed to be included. I would recommend confirming with the logistics company that they have that information before they deliver to avoid a sticky situation on the other end that took a lot of phone calls to sort out! Still a five star sofa that I would purchase again

Great Sofa, fantastic delivery team.
Fantastic sofa and really well put together. The delivery team we just the best guys, and did an absolute stand up job. They took all the packaging away and got it all in place even when the was a question of it fitting they would not give up and leave and eventually they got it in, they are a real credit. Sofa itself is nice, slightly firm but i think will bed in nicely over time. Absolute bargain compared to actual sofa shops.

This sofa is excellent quality and value for money. I have enjoyed moving the modular pieces around to find the best fit for my living room. We’ve already had a spill on the sofa and it was easy to clean up and no sign of a stain remaining on the fabric.

Even the delivery was exceptional
This sofa is absolutely perfect, it’s firm and comfy and although not at all expensive it certainly is not cheap, and because it’s modular I was able to make it fit my awkward size lounge, I also bought an extra corner piece, even the delivery was an exceptional experience, the two men unpacked and assembled all the pieces together, I’ve bought from many high end retailers and this delivery company “Kinetic Logistics” far surpassed any of them

Best value, quality sofa
This sofa is excellent quality. The foam cushions feel firm but comfortable and you can relax into them for a few hours to watch a movie very happily. Similar sized corner sofas cost significantly move from high street stores and are of inferior quality. The delivery service was friendly and professional too and they removed all the packaging and installed the sofa in the configuration we wanted in our upstairs sitting room.

Faulty Stitching and No Replacement Option
The Modula sofa system was a great fit for our space and initially we were very happy with it. Unfortunately, after just 10 days the stitching on one of the seat modules came away. We contacted thinkassemble.co.uk hoping to replace the single seat module, as everything else was perfect, but this was not an option. We were told it was return or partial refund only. Not being able to replace one faulty module was disappointing and frustrating, especially given how much we liked the sofa overall.

Terrible smell, bad customer service
Ordered and delivered as expected, but it arrived and remained with a terrible odour. Smells like someone was sick on it, three weeks in the smell is disappearing slowly but remains. The result was my entire house downstairs smelling. Customer service didn’t care either, terrible experience with them.
Therefore I’ll be avoiding future large purchases from thinkassemble.co.uk website.
