We usually make our own pizza dough but as we were catering for large number we decided to try this instead.
The dough arrived on time still frozen in a very well insulated box.
They defrosted quicker than we anticipated so stored in fridge. We let them come to room temperature and prove for about an hour before cooking.
The dough was easy to handle and produced delicious pizza.
It is a bit on pricey side, so can’t see me stopping making my own, but for the rare occasions I need dough in bulk I’d buy again as does work out cheaper than other ready made doughs.
