Excellent alternative to conventional fruit cake
This cake was purchased for my daughter’s wedding and proved to be an excellent choice. The delivery was spot-on as the cheeses arrived in a substantial wooden box, packed in chiller packs and with each cheese in an individual vacuum bag. Delivery timing was perfect (and trust me, when planning a wedding, delivery issues are the last thing you want!). The cheeses themselves were delicious as is witnessed by the fact that it all disappeared when served at the evening celebration with pickles, fruit and biscuits/breads. We had 150 guests and we were advised to cater for 75% of the total number as a snack not a substantial buffet. This seemed to work very well. All-in-all an excellent product well packaged and delivered.

FANTASTIC cheese…felt like Harrods arrived!
Bought this as a ‘grooms’ cake for daughter wedding. Was incredible. Enough cheese for 150 easily, tasted amazing and looked incredible when put together. I used tealight holders to raise between each layer and piled on grapes, figs etc. It looked a million dollars! The wooden box it was delivered in is perfect as a stand for the whole thing. Can’t recommend enough. Best value cheese cake we found, even against very pricey alternatives. Hesse was from Fords Farm and was DELICIOUS.

Perfect !!!
The cake was purchased as an additional wedding cake. The cake was only purchased with a weeks notice but it was still delivered on the preferred date. The packaging was extremely good with ice packs inside. The cheese was exactly as described and tasted very good. There was more than enough cheese for the number recommended. The only issue was the confusion of payment. The payment was taken when the cake wasn’t initially ordered but monies was returned the very next day which made me think my order had been cancelled. The money was then taken the day after the cake was delivered.

Stunning feature of wedding supper buffet
I ordered this for my daughter’s December wedding reception for 120 people. The tower was delivered on time and drew many admiring comments when displayed dressed with flowers to match her bouquet. And when guests tucked into the cheese in the evening the compliments flowed. All the cheeses were in prime condition and delicious. There was a lot left over which guests took home with them at the end of the evening. Bought a cheese cutter as someone had suggested the cheddar was hard to cut, but it wasn’t needed.

Wedding/ celebration Cheese
The cheese was exactly what was pictured and described absolutely lovely. However the delivery was stressful, ordered a week prior to wedding but it didn’t come on the set day ,communication with delivery company was poor , however I did phone and they sorted it for me and it was delivered the following day . Due to this the ice packs placed in the parcel had seen better days and I was concerned re this but thankfully it appeared not to affect the cheese.

Fantastic Wedding Cake
We bought this as our Wedding cake. It absolutely stole the show, it was delivered as requested in a lovely box, chilled and packaged really well. The cheeses were fresh and really tasty, the smoked especially lovely. We had so many lovely comments and decorated with some flowers and mice, it was the centrepiece of the wedding. Absolutely recommend and would absolutely buy it again for a function.

Flavoursome Cheese
The cheese tasted wonderful, fresh and extremely flavoursome and good value. Marked down however because it arrived a day later that my chosen delivery, nearly missing the wedding it was intended for and the wooden box did not fully support the weight of the contents as the bottom became loose and eventually dropped out of it, nearly causing total disaster.

We served this at our wedding for the evening buffet with homemade chutney, French stick etc… it served over 120 people and we had plenty of cheese left over to take home and enjoy, we still are!
Beautifully packaged in a lovely wooden box, surrounded with cool packs and soft packaging.

Makes a nice centre piece
Bought this for a wedding party, duly arrived on stated delivery date. Well packaged in a wooden box, looking at the stated gross weight I decided to check the cheese weight which turned out to be over a kilogram short. I notified who apologized, refunded the difference and supplier also sent a small cheese selection as a compensatory gesture.

I ordered this cake in March for a May wedding, I received notification from that the order had gone through, that was then it. As the wedding got closer I tried to make enquiries with via email (didn’t get a response) & I even spoke to the cheese supplier to confirm that all was ok? They need a particular number from which not replying made me worry more. As it was a wedding cake I really just wanted to make sure everything was fine! Really & truly though I didn’t need to though as on the day of delivery I had email confirmations & a delivery time (1 hour time slot) from the courier as to when it would arrive, this actually happened. The box was amazing (heavy) & packed very well with padding & ice cubes to keep cheese cool. The wedding is tomorrow & I’m really looking forward to assembling it & hopefully making my brother & sister in law to be very happy. Fantastic product, should be used more.

Amazing cake!
We bought this for our engagement drinks and it was perfect!
It was delivered on the requested date with ice packs to keep the cheese fresh.
We decorated it with flowers and lots of people thought we’d bought it from a speical dairy farm. It was more than enough for 150 people and we still have a bit leftover too.

Wow-delicious and impressive!
The cheeses in this tiered ‘cake’ were excellent. so very tasty! Everyone loved it-We bought this for a wedding buffet of 180 people and had lots left over for parcelling out to willing and happy recepients, as well as some for further family gatherings over the following week. The service and delivery were superb – arrived on the organised day beforehand, as booked. Everything about this purchase was fantastic! Highly recommend!

This was an amazing Cheese tower that was used for a significant birthday party. All the guests enjoyed each of the five different cheeses and there was some left over to enjoy after the celebrations. Great Wedding Cake Alternative
We bought this for our Wedding on 7th Jan 2018. Delivery require and received on the 5th Jan Very well Boxed and presented. We had 60 guests for the meal and a further 70 in the evening. We still had some left to take home. The cheeses were very tasty. Our caterer was very impressed and I understand he will be using and recommending you for future events.

Excellent value for money! We got this as our wedding cake/evening cheese. The smoked cheese was quite strong and the triangle shape took slightly away from presentation but other than that it was amazing! The cheddar was lovely and strong and the blue so delicious. I would definitely recommend this! It definitely would feed a large number of people!!
