This is not quite like a normal phone; more like for people who were on the phone all day due to their work. so, you don’t lift up the receiver but you press the on off button and hastily put on the headset.

This was just what I need for working at home. I can talk to my clients and write note on my laptop at the same time with ease. Having Capel tunnel its much easier on my wrist than keep picking up and having to hold the hand set for hours. Really good value for money. Loving the compact size to doesn’t take much room up on my desk.

This phone is fine. It’s pretty cheaply made, but that matches the price, and I fully expect to have to replace it in a few months. My only real complaint is that there is no volume on the headset and the sound is a bit low. The directions say to ‘turn the knob’ for volume control, which is sort of funny, because there isn’t one, and there is a high/low sound switch that makes no difference whatsoever. I will give it a few days and if the sound is really too low, I will return it.

Honestly I don’t often write reviews but felt compelled to with this phone. I started homeworking and needed a phone to answer customer calls. I originally bought another phone off amazon and it was terrible, the sound was poor and had no mute button.This one is as clear as the phones my office had (I was worried I wouldn’t find one as good) and the mute button is crucial for this type of work.Would highly recommend for this type of work.

Estoy muy contenta con el producto. Lo he necesitado para tele-trabajo y actualmente lo utilizo en mi lugar de trabajo, porque temporalmente la atención es telefónica y no presencial. Le quito una estrella porque las instrucciones están en inglés (¡¡cosa que no entiendo si la venta no se limita a países de habla inglesa!!).

L’archetto delle cuffie è in acciaio, solido e flessibile. La cuffia ambidestra è morbida e calza bene anche con orecchie grandi.Buona acustica in conversazione. Tutte le regolazioni di volume sia audio che suoneria.In dotazione cavo telefonico (non molto lungo), manca uno sdoppiatore di linea che sarebbe stato utile per posizionarlo al fianco di un telefono che non ha uscita specifica.Non necessita di pile ma si alimenta dalla linea telefonica.
