Best tv I ever had.
Going from a 65”, which was roughly £400 more expensive in 2018. This 85″ Tv is awesome straight out of the box( could not fit any bigger ones through the door, even if I wanted 😂). Just set sound and picture to intelligent mode, everything is perfect. Only thing I noted couple of time I have had to switch of the TV, to recalibrate the image, haven’t had to do it for some time, there is a chance it was due to bad Internet, I mainly use the TV for Netflix, Apple TV etc.

Perfect TV, very big and picture is sharp. The TV is easy to use. Its very heavy so make sure you get a good frame for the wall! Would recommend. Good price too.

I wasn’t sure about this TV when I ordered. It has great pictures and good sound. Highly recommend this. Bargain price around £800 for an 85″ TV

TCL 85C6K 85″ Mini LED TV – Impressions WOW
So, I purchased this as a Christmas present.
( I’ve upgraded from a 50″ Toshiba 4K TV set. )
It definitely delivers when it comes to both sound ( Dolby Atmos! ) and visual quality.
I’m very impressed with the general overall experience the user interface and Google TV OS is better than what I have experienced on other smart TV devices.
It’s a large TV set so, you definitely do have to shop around for an exceptionally large and robust TV stand that will accommodate it! 😅
I bought my, stand ( bench ) from IKEA the FJallbo one of the few places that actually provided a solution that was exceptionally good value and looks the part too!
I was looking for a TV that had features which would complement.
The latest modern games console for example the PS5 Pro- this definitely achieves that.

However- the only thing I would say, is.
I can’t yet say for certain whether software update support will be good with TCL.
If, not the side input of the TV would allow the hooking up of a first party Google TV OS device if, needed.
As of now; I’m very much enjoying using this TV.
I have no complaints, it is a big TV so naturally very heavy.
Upon unboxing you will realise how much cardboard and packaging was needed. 😆
You will absolutely need two people to handle this TV!
When it came to affixing the feet.
I had to carefully and gradually, place it upon the floor front panel side down which was very nerve wracking.
I then carefully raised each corner on the end I was trying to affix the feet and placed a cushion of which, I placed two.
To provide myself enough wiggle room to screw them on,
I then removed the pillows and then carefully, slowly guided the whole TV set back to a standing position.
You will need at least two fairly strong people to lift this TV off the floor no exceptions.
Once the TV is in place you will be so, so glad but due to the size it can be a challenge but definitely worthwhile.
