Bought for my elderly father who struggled with a hands free set. Big buttons you can pre-program with important numbers, makes it very easy for him to use. He has dementia and you can even use photographs to help. One push automatic dialling (easy to set up) he managed with no problem at all. Also you can adjust the ring loudness and handset volume too, as hes hard of hearing. Really great product.

Mother is getting to an age when simplifying the phone seemed like a good idea, she is very much of an age of the address book, the interface is clean clear and easy to use. The programming of the 6 key buttons is beautifully simple. The clarity of the microphone means the recipient / caller has a good experience and and Mother also finds it is consistently easy. Swissvoice can trace its roots as far back as 1893 and as such has great insight into what makes a great telephone. Excellent product, well constructed and ideal as an easy to use system for people who need a simplified experience! Well done Swissvoice.

After a sudden cognitive decline, my mum suddenly found herself completely unable to use either her mobile or her DECT landline and without this vital means to communicate we had many panicky incidents even after installing remote communication devices like Echo Shows (also recommended) in the house. Emergency pendants were too alien a concept for her to remember to use when panicking too. I took a punt on this device as at its heart its a simple corded telephone like she was used to in the 80’s but with the added advantage of 9 instant dial buttons, 6 of which you can populate with photos rather than written names- this last feature is what really clicked in my mums case. I get called again now all the time- but at least it means she knows she can get help at any time she needs it and is coping much better again now. First device I was sent had a fault on the speakerphone and I had to return it so docked a star for quality control but otherwise well satisfied with the purchase and mum loves it.

We bought this model as it was advertised as having +85decibel ringing tone.. this is about the volume of an electric lawnmower. Disappointed to report the volume is nowhere near that, and we will have to resort to an additional ringer booster

I bought this phone for an elderly relative who has suffered hearing loss. The quality of the phone is excellent and with big buttons and the option to add photographs of frequently called people its right on point for the elderly. However, the ability to increase or decrease the volume of the handset has been a godsend for my relative and I’d have no hesitation of recommending it to anyone in a similar situation.

Finalmente un fisso che fa quello che promette.Ottimo volume dopo l’impostazione boost che permette a mia suocera di sentirci molto meglio rispetto ai vari telefoni fissi e dect che negli anni abbiamo acquistato.Anche il volume della suoneria, benchè inferiore rispetto a quanto mi aspettassi, almeno è udibile e più forte di tutti gli apparecchi provati in passato.Molto comodi i numeri memorizzabili nei tasti di chiamata rapida (che restano memorizzati anche se scollegate il telefono alla presa).Tasti grandi, volume top (attenzione solo a trovare il giusto compromesso nel selettore “equalizzazione toni” al lato, se impostate al massimo, la qualità di ascolto e la voce dell’interlocutore diventano molto disturbate.Speriamo duri e mantenga queste prestazioni!
