Great UK mains socket. Has very useful USB type A charger/power socket (not switched). This is just the front plate , great if you are replacing/upgrading an older socket… Order a separate back box for a new installation. Well priced.*************************************Update : 20 December. I am forced to replace this item as it has developed a fault : the spring behind the on/off switch on the right hand side is preventing correct operation and is a sign of poor build quality. Unfortunately outside the 30 day window for thinkassemble.co.uk auto returns.

happy with them.Back of socket connection config can differ to what you have – so bear in mindearth to left hand side middle Neutral to middle and Live to RHS top.Usually enough cable to make the connections to the replacement – also bear in mind how much room in back box to secure properly to wall / back box.Happy with them and good for the money and switch action is good and replaced ex ones to have the USB outlets.
