Spam is good, It is a bit salty but I love it. In the USA they do low salt Spam but I havent seen it in the UK.

Canned cooked pork. An institution since WW2, celebrated by Monty Python and still going. Very tasty, convenient and versatile for the store cupboard, camping, self-catering breaks – an essential ingredient in a variety of dishes including Spam fritters, Spam and eggs, Spam and Spam (etc….thank you Monty Python!) through to South Korean cuisine!
