Completely changed my sleep, these are amazing! The noise cancellation paired with one of the local in-built sounds (I find the ‘engine hum’ the best’) makes for a perfect 8 hour sleep. I don’t get disturbed if my partner gets in/out of bed while I’m sleeping or snores, and they’re comfortable enough that I can sleep on my side. I do wish the battery life was a bit longer, because sometimes I’ll wake up and realise they’re dead, but that’s only if I’m sleeping longer than 8 hours. The battery life for the case itself is good though, and will re-charge them 3 or 4 times before needing to be plugged in. Highly recommend!!

Great sleep earbuds with excellent battery lifeI love these earbuds! They help me fall asleep within minutes by playing YouTube videos all night (I prefer voices over rain sounds). As someone with tinnitus, the audio helps mask the ringing completely.Pros:Amazing ~7-hour battery life (better than other conventional earbuds I’ve tried)Small, comfortable design that doesn’t dig into my earsExcellent sound isolation blocks out external noiseCons:After nearly a year, my first pair’s battery degraded significantly (left earbud died, right dropped to 20% after just a couple hours)Think Assemble support was fantastic and quickly replaced them. The new pair works great. Despite the battery issue, these are still a worthy investment. Hopefully prices for quality sleep earbuds will drop over time!

Excellent tech, excellent customer service. I bought these to listen to things whilst I fall asleep. These are more expensive than others, but well worth it. They are very good quality, do exactly what they’re meant to do. Plenty of functionality that can be adapted to your need, good sound quality, very good battery life. Comfy to side sleep on a pillow. 15 months after I’d bought them, and used them every night, one ear pod stopped working. To my surprise, the customer service was responsive, and when it was clear I couldn’t fix it, without hesitating they sent me a brand new set. I really hadn’t expected a response, let alone a replacement. Very pleased all round

This is the third iteration of soundcore’s sleep earbuds and the first to offer active noise cancelling which is impressive for something so small. However this does significantly affect the battery life meaning they will not last a typical night’s sleep if, like me, you prefer to sleep with music via bluetooth. They are comfortable to wear and allow the user to side sleep in comfort.The big issue, and why I can’t recommend them, is longevity. I bought these at the beginning of September 2025 and they have lasted 2 months! I put them in last night and found there was no sound from the right bud. Thinking it was perhaps not charged properly (they can be a bit fiddly to get them to connect in the wireless charging case – although not nearly as badly as the previous 2 models). I tried them again this morning and while the app shows me it’s charged on the landing screen, when I go into the earbuds ‘page’ the right one is greyed out. This is exactly what happened with the previous 2 models – although in those instances it was the left bud that ‘died’. Both times I had them replaced and within a year (and thus out of warranty) the exact same problem occurred.TL;DR Given the price (a hefty increase over previous models) they aren’t worth the money because, in my opinion, there are serious concerns about the build quality/longevity.

They haven’t fallen out once.They detect when you go to sleep and transition to white noise.Good quality sound.Case battery lasts about 5 daysConnects to phone via Bluetooth very easily.Cons:Very expensiveA little annoying that you have to either open the case or have earphones in to use the app.Doesn’t completely block out snoring – the whole reason I bought these.Battery in ear buds only last one night – and only if transitions to local mode.They are great – and I couldn’t be without them now, but I do wonder if a cheaper pair would have done the same.The main reason it’s 3 stars is due to price, not completely soundproof (but they don’t claim to be) and short battery life in Bluetooth mode.

Ordered these Jan 2025. Very comfortable most of the time and do not feel them. For side sleeping just make sure your pillow is not rock hard and has an inch or two of give so you wont feel them.I have not used them 100% of the time but I have noticed the battery life has degraded pretty quickly. Starting about 2-3 months back I noticed I was no longer getting a full night’s sleep without the battery dying. I do not use loud volume and have the buds switching off when I fall asleep so not a great advert. My other Anker buds all have great battery life, so I was surprised.Design – Good for a side sleeperTouch control – Can be temperamental at times but not a major issue as you should be sleeping!Fit – Good. Rarely fall out overnightSound quality – GoodDurability – Not great due to battery issues so early.Overall Value for money – Battery life drop means not good

Really nice, they fit really well, very comfortable even when you lay on your side. Good sound quality, the Bluetooth is very stable. There are several built in sleep sounds. You can use your preferred audio or the built in sleep mode. If you want the sleep mode disabled then you will need to go into the app settings. Battery life is excellent, even when connected to the Bluetooth all night, only 70% of the battery is used. They works either individually or as a pair.

Słuchawki przerosły moje oczekiwania
W tych słuchawkach można naprawdę wygodnie leżeć na boku. Nie spodziewałem się tego, mimo obejrzanych przeze mnie recenzji, bo nawet małe zatyczki do uszu, które posiadam, wywierają presję na ucho. Tutaj prawie tego nie ma. Wreszcie mogę wygodnie słuchać audiobooków przed snem! W zestawie, oprócz standardowych gumek, są też takie przepuszczające powietrze (i dźwięk). Te są nawet wygodniejsze od tych tradycyjnych, chociaż dźwięk traci nieco na jakości (jest o wiele mniej basu). Do podcastów czy audiobooków jednak basy nie są aż tak potrzebne, liczy się wygoda. 🙂 Gęsty stuknięciami w słuchawkę są bardzo przydatne, choć trzeba się do nich trochę przyzwyczaić (musiałem się nauczyć w nie stukać mocniej niż się spodziewałem). Ogółem, jestem bardzo zadowolony z zakupu i polecam te słuchawki każdemu, kto lubi sobie czegoś posłuchać przed snem.

Game changer for Noise-Sensitive Sleeper
Absolute game changer for me. I am someone who struggles sleeping due to noise disturbances in my neighbourhood, so always wear earplugs or headphones to sleep. These have changed my life – the comfort level is faultless — I am a side sleeper too. They block plenty of noise even without noise cancelling; with noise cancelling on you are in your own silent universe, or nature, if you’d prefer the nature sounds.Don’t waste your time comparing these to regular headphones: it’s like comparing apples on oranges. These are designed for sleep, not audio quality or phone calls, and they deliver on their promise as incredible sleep headphones. The sound quality is totally passable for music, nature sounds and podcasts, but of course they’re not audiophile grade.I am a music professional so will always keep other headphones for if I just want to listen to music, but I will never use another pair in bed again other than my soundcores.Hardware, design and comfort are all exceptional. Touch controls require a firm tap, which can be improved imo but are fine; the app is passable but could be better.I love the setting where, when my audio selection (eg a podcast) ends the Soundcores automatically switch to ‘local mode’ and plays my nature sound selection. This ensures a magical sleep, but also conserves battery.Love these and highly recommend for anyone hard of sleeping due to noise sensitivity like me. Btw, I’ve tried the regular pair too – the noise cancelling is totally worth the extra money.Can’t wait to try these on a plane today
